- There were no dreams for Sera's first sleep, only a black emptiness that would only seem to last for a mere second or two. It seemed that she would awaken in quite a few hours, though, for she had been awake for much longer than a day. She continued to murmur excerpts from the books that she had read, though she did so unwillingly. Those books had contained secrets that anyone in the material world were oblivious to. They had contained information that would only help the fruit tree of knowledge bear more fruit for the world of science.
