Unfortunately, the movies are non-canon.

Nunuu, Bauldy...Deity's not saying that Hulk's body would be overly durable and thus ki wouldn't hurt him, he's saying Hulk's body naturally deflects ki energy. . =; It bounces off, slides by, whatever....doesn't really cause any damage. Nobody in Dragon Ball has that attribute, so there's nobody else to compare it to.

How'd you guys come to the conclusion that Hulk's body naturally deflects Ki energy? It can't be because you guys saw him do it just once with his hands!
I mean, Goku and then knock away Ki blasts all the time. I think it's just a matter of brute force.

It isn't. That sorta logic is what started the debate...the entire basis of Deity's point is:

ki ball + impact/pressure = boom

...thus...

ki ball + punch = boom

...he theorized that there was another method by which DB characters deflect ki attacks the way they do. If they punched them or chopped at them, they'd just explode... =P

Since it seemed unlikely that Hulk could do something of that nature, that's the 'decision' that was reached...Deity'd suggest you just go hunt down the thread, before this one gets any more off topic. xP
