*ryco falls asleep, a few hours later she wakes up and streaches.*I guess I should start training..*she stands on her hands, then start to do push up in that posistion*1...2...3...4...5...6.....

((~sigh~ You know attacks require charge time, especialy the Chou Death Ball stare Put some vivid description into your posts man, make the immage coma alive. If I didn't know what any of these attacks were and read your posts, I wouldn't know what the hells anyone is doing. I'd be all, "The Hell is a Chou Death Ball? What does it look like, what does it do!?" Try somethign like. "Kold finished gathering massive amounts of energy as a gigantic orange ball pulsating with power formed over his head. It seemed to draw in everything around it, as if it were creating a pull of gravaty all its own. King Kold laughed maniacly as he threw it at Trace who was unable to move from amazment. The ball found its target,, slowly ripping apart Traces body as he tried to fend it off, burning up into nothing." Then I'll be all "OMFG, THATS SOME GREAT s**t! *Awards Trace 15 points of power* 15 points from one post versus 15 from like 10.))

*It hit Trunks making a hole in his shoulder*

King Kold i wish to learn your Chou Death Ball.
So you dont like the Freiza beam?
I like it but i want to learn so even more power full attacks.
Fine then but remember to lean it its going to take alot of training!

Shiro fell down into hell, hitting the ground hard since his body came back out of nowhere. Brushing himself off, he placed his fingers on his head and searched around for a power level, then disapeared.

He apeared in the middle of a throne room, looking around. "Raizan, I'm back for more training." Raizen apeared out of nowhere looking at Shiro. Crenu apeared wth him as well. "Shiro, back so soon?" Shiro grinned as he looked at them both, then frowned again. Shiro spat at the ground, clenching his fists tightly, his viens highly visible. "Ah yes, the golden power. I've heard of it before, though I've never had the honor to see it with my own eyes. But you know, the golden power isn't the only power in the universe...." Shiro looked at Raizn with great intesest now. "What do you mean?" Raizen only smiled, then Crenu stepped forward. "Don't worry about it, when the time is right. For now, I believe you said you were here for training. Lets do this." A black aura surounded Crenu, Shiro grinned as a blue aura surounded him.

Shiro rushed in at Crenu, throwing a Kick, but disapearing at the last second, and reapearing behind Crenu. Crenu smiled, catching the kick and slamming SHiro into the ground. Shiro kicked at him with his other leg, kicking Crenu's arms in a way that they slammed into each other. The now free Shiro lept up and back, grounding himself as he gathered energy into his hands.

"Annihilation Cannon! Fire!!" Shiro let out a large white wave, Crenu only smiled as he caught it with his bare hands. Grinning, he bagan to push it back as Shiro struggled to keep controll. "rrrrrAAAAAHHHHH!!!" Shiro activated the drive, his power level shot up substancialy as the wave grew in intesity. The sudden blast of power pushed Crenu back, blasting away a piece of his body. Crenu looked in amazement as Shiro's power grew, then his own began to rsie as well. Crenu was fighting shiro with a very very small fraction of his power and still was, even as he powered up to match Shiro's new increse in power. Shiro rushed in, disapearing then reapearing behind Crenu as he assulted him with a barrage of attcks. Punching and kicking Crenu with blinding speed as not to give him opportunity to attack. Punching Crenu into the large stone tower, Shiro continued to drive him further into the wall with attacks. A smile curled Shiro's lip, but suddenly disapeared as Crenu burst out or the wall, grabbing Shiro by the head and slamming him into the ground.
