I'm not going where this discussion is, but it does seem to cycle with the weather, everytime it's cold, and thusly people are in more, there are noobs, whenever there's a general postal holiday in the US, there are noobs.
Or so it seems to me...

Or so it seems to me... Then if that's true (and now that I think about it, it could very well be), then it is a cycle.
