Vidar's last few words did not phase Marc in the slightest. He already knew that he would meet his end in battle; it was the way of the warrior. Marc went to his knees in front of the lifeless celestial and cleaned his blades on Vidar's garments. Sheathing his own clean blades, he moved to pick up Vidar's discarded blade and placed it beneath his coat.
Quickly now, Marc found his twin axes and relieved them of the wet rooftop. He tried to spot Selene across the way, but saw nothing. Marc had to get to where he heard the gunshots. He ran to the edge of the building to gain a better perspective. Crouching low, Marc scanned the area.
Shane, also noticing where Michael was headed, shot a knowing glare to Raze. He might have the chance to kill a few humans after all. Shane too decided that it would be best to pick up his pace before Michael could board the next train. Keeping up with Raze, he only had to bruise the shoulders of a few mortals who happened to run into his.

Selene had kept a watchful eye upon the lycans, although was aware of the sound of a motorbike roaring to life in the streets behind where she was perched. Concern nagged at the back of her mind over the fate of her vampiric companion Marc, although her personal duty to exterminate the lycans kept her from vacating her post; except of course when she had realised the lycans ultimate destination.
It hadn't been a difficult task to decide their destination, the subway being the only path that rested at the end of the road, the only one at least that would lead ultimately to the sewers and catacombs beneath the city, the suspected safe haven of the few lycans that remained within the city. With this new knowledge she had acted quickly, signalling to Rigel that it was time for action. The male vampire didn't need to be told twice and clipping the camera to his belt he stepped off the building, landing with grace and ease in the shadows below him.
Casting another glance to the building to which she had seen Marc disappear, and a final glance to the oncoming lycans, Selene followed Rigel's lead and descended swiftly to the street below. No sooner had she landed then she was aside once more, making her way swiftly toward the subway. This was her element, her forte, as it was with every other vampire here. They all knew their roles, the part they need to play within this scene. She trusted them to perform their parts; just they trusted her to do the same. Without a backward glance she entered the subway amongst a throng of humans, waiting for their target to arrive.
Feeling the glare penetrate the side of his head Raze scowled, although he didn't turn this expression to Shane. It wouldn't be long before they had the human within their grasp and it wouldn't be long before Raze was no longer forced to endure Shane's presence. The burly lycan pressed on, oblivious to the vampiric presence that surrounded them, his dark eyes focused solely upon Michael.
Adrenalin began to pump itself through his system, readying itself for the thrill of the catch.

Marc's keen eyes quickly caught sight of Rigel and, following his eye line, found Selene's position. He watched their descent, and scanned ahead to the subway where his kin seemed to be heading. Marc glanced once more at the lifeless Vidar, and the skies above for any further celestial delay. With none in sight, he stepped off the edge of the building and landed among the humans and swiftly blended in as he marched towards the subway.
Shane licked his lips and teeth in excitement. Their leader's ambition would soon come to true. He took in a whiff of the vacant air that Micheal had just occupied. If he were to elude them, Shane would remember his scent for later.

Selene entered the subway in stony silence, moving into a position that allowed her to view the subway entrance but would ensure that she remained concealed from the lycans view. Her chestnut orbs roved over the humans that scuttled about, none of them holding her interest for more then a few moments. Were are you, you filthy animal's, the vampiric woman snarled inwardly as her gaze flickered once more to the subway entrance.
Finally the medical student managed to find the respite from the deluge that he had been seeking. Lowering his hood and running his fingers through his sandy blonde locks he managed to dislodge most of the water that had taken up residence in his tresses. Shaking his hand to remove the excess moisture he swiftly descended the stairs into the subway.
The previous care with which Raze had been navigated that crowd dissipated as the human entered the subway, and instead humans were barged aside without a second thought. They couldn't afford to let Michael board a train, less they be forced to endure Lucian's wrath. With a brief glance and nod to both Shane and Trix, the burly lycan signalled that it was time to make their move.
((Hopefully that will give you something to go with Marc ^^ Don't jump ahead too far cause X would like to do the whole 'love at first sight thing' xP Yes she is a sucker for things like that ^^ So Shane can still enter the subway, just don't take Michael out yet >.<))

Seeing Selene hold position near the subway entrance, Marc slowed his pace and disappeared among the steady throng of mortals. He had no need to rush in until he was certain that he was needed on the outside. Marc cast a weary glance at the skies, still healing from his aerial attacker's bolt. His attention finally glided back down to Selene, waiting for a sign to move in.
Shane eagerly followed Raze's lead. Any humans who could not take a hint from Raze's shoving soon met the elbows of Shane. The one thing Shane feared was failing Lucian, and he would grow to fear him more if their mission was a success.

"I don't know why couldn't have just flown." The voice was female, and was clearly far from impressed. "That subway car was disgusting, and all those people kept looking at us like they hadn't seen someone drinking from a blood-pack before." Piercing blue eyes shot glares at the human that dared to glance in the female's direction, before turning back to the figure that had come to stride along beside her.
The male figure beside her chuckled in amusement. "You're going to scare the humans Cynthia," the snowy-haired man reprimanded lightly, still clearly joking with his sibling.
"How many time do I have to tell you not to call me that," Cyn growled, shooting a glare at her brother. "I go by Cyn now, has a better edge to don't you think Dali?"
Dali, or Dalibor as was his full, grinned broadly - enough to expose razor sharp incisors. "Maybe we should feed off them and give them something to really be afraid of, huh Cyn?." Dark russet eyes sparkled in amusement as he laughed once more, although it wasn't a sound that was all that pleasant. It was hard and sharp, almost cruel, giving a voice to the dark intentions beneath his words.
"Do you think we could?" the younger of the two replied her tone unclear as to whether she was continuing the joke or was hopeful at the prospect. "I haven't had real blood since we drained the vampire and celestial who were masquerading as out guardians," Cyn added, running her tongue over her fangs.
"We may have a chance" Dalibor said with a sly grin, motioning with his head toward the latex clad female that lingered against one of the walls and then to a figure mingling with the human crowd (Marc) upon the stairs.
An expression of cunning delight spread over Cyn's visage. "Why do I get the impression we just walked in on something big," she said gleefully, coming to a stop beside her brother to see how events would play out.
((Ohhh new characters xP They don't have a profile as of yet, and there is another post I have to make that will give you a few more hints as to who they might be ^^ If anyone can guess whose children they might be already....then ummm you can have a cookie xP))

Shane had enough waiting, Michael was heading toward the platform as the Lycan trio gained a visual on the train. He appeared distracted, and Shane sped up to lead the charge. A sturdy human attempted to knock shoulders with Shane as he attempted to exit the station only to find that Shane was no human. Shane had no intention of moving aside to let the human past and they connected. In seconds, the fierce lycan had already crushed the man's face under a boot while keeping his stride towards his target.

((With the plot/characters moving from the streets to the subway, it is neccessary that replies also move to the Subway thread. Those who wish to start or add their own plots may do so. After all, this is the alternate thread.))
People began to emerge from the subway, eager to get as far as they could from the large men who forced their way past; causing minor pains and bruises to the unfortunate. Some however, were being told not to enter the subway at the present time. Athorities were alerted of the disturbance, but no help would come in time to prevent the battle of the immortals that was on the verge of erupting into heated bloodshed.
