Seiya is...well I didn't like Him/er becuase (s)he kept hitting on Usagi.
The only importance (s)he had was that (s)he was someone for Usagi to befriend and keep her love for Mamo.
As much as Seiya pushed, Usagi pushed back twice as hard with Mamo's love.
Yay someone who agrees. I'm not a fan of any of them cause they weren't very nice to the senshi until they were forced to work with the senshi (though I suppose so were the outers...

Seiya's just the most popular cause he wants in Usagi's skirt. I thought he was a bit too frisky with his flirting Usagi was like "I'm spoken for

heart " I think it's silly how they made Usagi act oblivious to the crush at some points yet she constantly dodges his flirtation, she's pretty clueless but she knows the difference between someone being pesky and someone being lusty. I'd have loved it if Mamoru got to have a "talk" with Seiya in the end cause poor Mamo-chan was gone all the season and Seiya was flirting with his girlfriend TO NO END! It would have been weird though cause would Mamoru be fighting a girl or a guy... who would win? I sorta have to think Seiya cause Mamoru would just throw a bunch of flowers as usual...
