Title: Evil Genius
Author: Catherine Jinks
Plot Summary: Cadel Piggott is living a fairly normal life (as normal as life can be for a genius eight-year old hacker living in Sydney, Australia, anyways) until he finds out from his psychologist that his father is Dr. Phineas Darkkon, the "Dark Lord" and a master evil genius. He heads to the Axis Institute that his father headed and enjoys taking classes on World Domination until he meets Kay-Lee. Upon meeting her he realizes how terrible his father is and will do anything to stop him. It's a long book, but it's an easy, satisfying read.

-----

Other Titles I Recommend:
-Joanne Kathleen (J.K.) Rowling, Harry Potter series, including Mythical Beasts and Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through the Ages (both written under psudonyms- both very funny reads)

-Rumiko Takahashi, Ranma 1/2 and Inu-Yasha: A Feudal Fairy-Tale (both manga)

-CLAMP, Card Captor Sakura/Cardcaptors and Chobits (both manga)

Happy reading! biggrin

I'm horrible and *blocks self from having chairs thrown at her* I didn't read Twilight but I've read New Moon xd . Little backwards aren't I? For some reason Twilight wasn't at the book shop I was at at the time. *shrug* I was trapped in the realm of the book. I can see why so many people like her work.

I absolutely love Anne McCaffrey. She has been my favorite author since I first read her in 6th grade. I've been out of high school for 6 years now. I also like Tamora Peirce, Mercades Lackey, L.J. Smith, J.K. Rowling and a few others I can't think of off the top of my head right now.

Two words: Philippa Gregory >.>

I've loved her ever since I read The Other Boleyn girl a few years back (now being turned into a movie) I suggest you read it before the movie comes out.
