I'm wondering if maybe he's gay or something? rofl Actually that would be damn funny if he was...
Then again I think he's questing his sexuality by be obsess with it... or maybe his bro died by having his (Sai's Bro's) thing cut off and bleed to death that way.. and as a result.. Sai's obsess with it

Kankaro looks really weird without his make up on... heheh a guy who loves to wear facepaint.
