Pokemon Lolita? From your discription it sounds like another form of cosplay, by throwing on some ribbons, ruffles, and lace things don't automatically become lolita fashion.
On a totally different topic:
I've managed to expand my collection of Gosu Rori books, and Gothic and Lolita Bibles as of late, ever since Anime Expo ended this year this is what I have managed to obtain:
@ AX I got Gosu Rori vol. 8 and 9
After AX:
Gothic and Lolita Bibles Vol: 25, 26, 2, 3 (2 and 3 from an ebay auction, vol 26 the latest one I bought yesterday)
and the latest Gothic Lolita Punk issue

Just wanted to announce my first undertaking of a major GL skirt. I'm about halfway done with the basic skirt right now and then, of course, there are the hours of ruffles and lace. Hurray!

I finally managed to obtain vol 1 and 3 of the Gosu Rori series, and with Rumanias help I also have vol 10. I now have the entire series to date.
Rumania and I went to PMX and I got lovely brand goodies there as well. I got an Angelic Pretty candy shaped head dress, Innocent World Alice in Wonderland themed socks, Putumayo tank top, and a non Japanese brand called White Peacock blouse. I've been wandering the EGL community and have bought a Putumayo blouse, cardigan, Hell Cat Punk bondage shorts, Baby the Stars Shine Bright cutsew, and I am in the process of obtaining a black BTSSB Alice bow.
I've also been working my own items, some that I may start to carry as regular stock items. Maybe Ill post pics soon.
Oh, and I finally got Shimotsuma Monogatari for my b-day I love it lots ^_^.
