The Fae are one of the most wonderful breedables in existance. No doubt about that.
I don't really remember when it started that I grew so attached to them, but I'm quite sure that I was mostly attracted by Anya's unique art. I enjoyed to watch the growings without taking care of what the Fa'e actually were. This changed when I started to read the owners' journals and fell in love with the story and all the creativity behind each concept.
Since then I've been trying to make up a concept on my own and to improve my writing. I'm not a native speaker so it's a enormous strain to be as good as many other Gaians are.
Formerly I went with the concept of Lorely, another German myth, but unfortunately I didn't do enough research and didn't notice that her siren-like abilities are probably much too close to some already existing Fae. Because I want to create a completely independent and creative character Vipul came into existance. As a child I always tried to find the mysterious place called Schlaraffenland and so it appeared as a good concept to me.

The 'Schlaraffenland' / Cockaigne
 Vipul's existance is based on the myth of the Schlaraffenland. I will concentrate mostly on the German version of the myth, but the country is also known as Cockaigne in other cultures
Listen to me, I want to tell you about a good country where some people would like to go to if they just would know how to get there. But the way is much too far for the young and the old for who it's too hot in winter and too cold in summer. These beautiful scenery is called "Schlaraffenland".
The houses are covered with pancakes, the doors and walls are made of gingerbread and their girders consist of roast pork. Everything worth ducats at our place only costs a cent in Schlaraffenland. Every house has a fence made of fried sausages.
All the wells are filled with sweet wine, which are floating in one's mouth. So lovers of those kinds of wine should hurry to get to the Schlaraffenland ! Fresh buns grow on birches and willows while streams of milk flow below them; the buns fall into these streams and soak themselves for the ones who like them like that. That's something for women and children and for servants ! Don't you want to emigrate to this wonderful country ? Come on and take your spoons and wander to the streams I was talking about.
In Schlaraffenland the fish swim on the water's surface and are ready to be eaten right away from the riverside. If somebody is truly lazy and a real Schlaraff he's allowed to call : Bst - Bst ! The fish will walk out of their rivers and jump right into the Schlaraff's hand, so he doesn't have bend down.
You can believe me that the birds fly in the air already roasted, geese and turkeys, doves and capons, larks and other kinds. And if you're to lazy to reach out for them they will fly right into your mouth.
You should try the suckling pigs ! They run around fried and every single one carries a knife in it's back so everyone who's willing is able to slice off a fresh piece of it.
The cheese grows like large and small stones in Schlaraffenland; the stones themselves are filled birds or small meatpies. It rains honey and sweet liquids in winter. Everyone's able to lick joyfully ! It snows sugar and when it hails you can taste lump sugar mixed with almonds, figs and raisins.
Horses don't produce dung but large baskets filled with eggs and so many of them that you're able to buy them for just a cent. You can shake the money from the trees just like chestnuts. Everyone may shake down the best ones and leave the unworthy pieces.
The Schlaraffenland also possesses great forest in which grow the most beautiful dresses, skirts, coats, hats, trousers and clothes in all colours, black, green, yellow, blue or red. Everyone who needs a new piece of clothing just goes into the forest and throws it down with a pebble. In the heathland grow beautiful lady's dresses of velvet, taffeta and silk. The grass is made of ribbons of all colours. The bushes wear brooches and golden tie pins and their berries aren't black but are real perls. The firs carry lady's watches and boots and shoes, men and women hats decorated with all kinds of jewelry grow on the shrubs.
If you have a woman who doesn't seem to be young and beautiful anymore you can exchange for a young and pretty one and you'll even get some money for doing so. The old and grumpy ones - because a phrase says that all the old are grumpy - will visit the fountain of youth so that the country becomes even more pretty. The fountain is of great power ; the old women take a bath for three or fourdays and soon they'll be amazing young women of seventeen or eighteen.
Even for those people, who became broke because of their laziness and had to resort to beggary this country is wonderful. Every hour of sleep earns you money and every yawn doubles that one. If you lose in gamble the money will fall right back into your bags. The carousers get the best wine for free and every man and woman receives money per drink. The one who's best at teasing and bantering will also receive money. Nobody's allowed to do something free of charge and the best liar will at least receive a crown. You can also find all kinds of activities in Schlaraffenland. If you're not lucky yet, you'll be great at all kinds of games. The one who's always missed the target for all his life will be the best in Schlaraffenland.
In your country people may lie but won't get anything for their efforts; in Schlaraffenland though lying is the greatest of arts. That's why all kinds of doctors, artists and craftsmen, who use to lie and betray their customers, often lie themselves into that country.
If you want to be an educated person, you'll have to study as a brute. We know such students in our countries too, but in Schlaraffenland they'll receive thanks and honour. If you're lazy and ravenous too you'll have the three greatest arts combined. I know somebody who's able to became professor every day.
If somebody loves to work hard, does good and hates the bad, he's the other one's greatest foe in Schlaraffenland and will be forced to leave. But if you're dumb, a slob and not able to do anything, you'll be seen as a nobleman in Schlaraffenland. Who's not able to do anything but sleep, eat, drink, dance and gamble will be assigned earl. The one who's assigned king has to be the laziest and the most unqualified one.
Now you know about the Schlaraffenlands form and attributes. So if you want to go and start a journey to this country and don't know where to go, feel free to ask a blind man. A mute one is just as good, because he'll never tell you the wrong way.
The whole country is surrounded by a wall of mashed rice and as high as mountains. Everyone who wants to get inside or leave the country has to eat oneself through these walls. ...

 Name || Vipul ( Possibly means "plenty" from Sanskrit. )
Gender || Male
Languages || German, English
Looks || Vipul is/has...
|| ...a bit chubby
|| ...likely to have something to eat on a part of his body like cherries in his hair, meat stuffed in his pockets, etc.
|| ...red wine-colored skin
Dressing Style|| Vipul loves to dress in comfortable clothes. He doesn't prefer any special colours, but adores materials like silk and satin. Still Vipul doesn't care much about his outfit and just accepts whatever is available. If there's something nice and smooth close to him, he'll prefer it to anything else though.
Vipul enjoys to wear boots and hats. He usually tugs the hat in front of his face so he's just able to see his surroundings. In contrast he's deeply concerned with his shoes. You could almost say he's got a shoe-spleen, but although he hates cleaning them he just likes to collect them and wears different ones every day.
Personality || If you'd like to generalize Vipul's personality with only one word, I'd definately say : lazy. If there's any effort in doing something, even if the boy usually enjoys doing it, he definately refuses to do so. It needs quite a lot of labour to get him to do something for somebody or even for himself. This Fae is quite sure that anyone will do the necessary things at anytime and he's content in waiting until this occurs. Although this trait of his character might be regarded as very negative, it's also an enormous help in some situations. Vipul isn't easily excited about anything and acts very calm even if he's put under pressure. He's able to appease nervous minds because of his inner balance.
Vipul isn't interested in any kinds of social acceptance but enjoys to spend time with others if it doesn't cost him too much energy. He's a good listener, but don't expect him to participate in discussions. If he's uncertain about an aspect he's easily to be convinced, but once sure about something you will hardly be able to change his opinion. So there's no need to discuss in his point of view.
Vipul needs a certain athmosphere to be content. Although he doesn't care about order and neat surroundings, this boy still gets crazy if he doesn't feel comfortable. It may take quite a few minutes and sometimes even hours until he's content. That's also the only situation in which Vipul would accept to take any effort. It's like an inner force to create an atmosphere in which he's able to be lazy without any restrictions. He needs the right light, the right surroundings, no work in sight and definately something nice to eat.
This boy adores eating and cooking. Even if he's not interested in being talented or successful in any way cooking is his way to express himself. He loves to decorate little sceneries for his own pleasure.
Vipul actually doesn't mind to lie or to betray somebody if necessary. Actually morals aren't included in his concept of life and so he doesn't feel any guilt when telling stories or stating facts which aren't true. It's just for his own good.
Beauty is an important aspect in his life. Just as he loves the right athmosphere he also enjoys art and the beauty of other bodies. He likes to watch others who take care of themselves and dress very well, although he doesn't claim this need for himself. Expecting lots of others he's easily disappointed and demands the disturbing object to leave.
Vipul is in general a person who wouldn't do much for anybody not even for himself. He just enjoys to live his life without any restrictions. There are few aspects about which he cares, but in general he just tries to keep his inner balance.
Relationships || Vipul is often very self-centered. Friendships and serious relationships are difficult for him. He likes to take but giving might be a strenuous task for him. If it helps himself Vipul might accept to do something for others.
Others might regard Vipul as a very romantic person, because he loves to cook and to create comfortable athmospheres. It's likely to find candles and cosy pillows in his room. Unfortunately he doesn't do this for one of his loved ones, but only for himself.
Likes || Sleeping, Eating & Cooking, drinking, sunshine
Dislikes || Vegetables, work, being forced into something

Powers Taste||
Vipul's main power is his sense of taste. He's able to taste every single scent in the air and so he's also able to detect emotions by doing so. When inhaling the air touches his tongue and if he concentrates he's able to say if somebody is stressed or sad or even very happy. This also results in him not being able to stand close to somebody who's very depressed if Vipul isn't in the mood to comfort that one. Sometimes tastes make him uneasy and so he often reacts in strange ways which isn't traceable for others.
[[ This power relates to the diversity of food available in Schlaraffenland ]]
Rejuvenate ||
Vipul is able to make items and small animals just as plants younger. This power developes throughout his life stages and will probably never became as powerful as being able to rejuvenate a person, but still he's able to turn a blooming rose back into a fresh bud. Vipul doesn't like this power though, because it takes quite a lot of energy to use it and makes him feel weak.
[[ This power relates to the fountains of youth in Schlaraffenland ]]
Luck||
One of Vipul's minor powers is luck. He's a very lucky person in general and even if a situation appears to be irredeemable fate will always help him through. Of course this power doesn't always take effect, but it helps Vipul through many different events of his life.
[[ This power relates to the lucky circumstances of gamblers in Schlaraffenland ]]
Weaknesses Stimulants|| Vipul really enjoys all kinds of stimulants may it be alcohol or just excessive eating. He doesn't know his own limits very well and so he easily becomes dependent these drugs. It's very likely that he starts smoking or taking drugs when being in a very bad state of mind.
[[ This relates to the acceptance of alcoholics and similar persons in Schlaraffenland ]]
Laziness||
As already mentioned before Vipul is extremely lazy. It may result in not moving away from a place he likes for hours. This might be an extreme barrier when an emergency case takes place and he often damages himself by missing important chances.
[[ This relates to the general idleness in Schlaraffenland]]
Lavishing money||
Vipul doesn't really know how to deal with money. If he has something he'll immediately spend it on food or something he isn't really in need of. A voice nags in the back of his minds to buy anything beautiful until he finally does so. For him it's just natural that money will come back to him somehow and that there will be a way to win or gain new one.
[[ This relates to the easy ways of receiving lots of money in Schlaraffenland ]]

Prem Name || Prem Reneson ( Means "love" in Sanskrit. )
Gender || Male
Sexuality || Heterosexual
Languages || English
Looks || Prem is slim and quite tall and has very slender fingers. His skin is slightly tanned. There's always something deep and emotional about his expression.
Eye Colour|| Slight blue
Hair Colour & Style|| Black, short and slightly curly
Dressing Style|| Prem dresses in the style of the fifties. He enjoys black, white and brown and is usually seen in formal clothes.
Personality || This man is a very melancholical one who rarely smiles. Most of the time he appears to be deep in thought and appears to take even the slightest jokes seriously. He enjoys reading a good book and the silence. There have been times when he had been happier, but since Loir has faded away he stays in his own sad world. Prem has an enormous will power and may even be called stubborn sometimes. It often seems like he's not able to care about somebody, but this is just some kind of act to prevent himself from being hurt again. He cares deeply about Vipul though.
Relationships || Prem was deeply in love with Loir, but she died in a battle. It's even more depressing for him, because he didn't confess his love to her. He's able to feel her ghost though and sometimes he's dreaming about her as if it was real. So you could say that she's still with him.
Likes || Tea, Rain, Loir, playing the piano
Dislikes || Arrogance, being forced into something

Edenesa - Prem & Vipul's World This part is mostly thought for the lost children contest, because it explains where Prem and Vipul come from... ~~~
Wouldn't you agree that inviting somebody for a cup of tea can't be called a crime ? Well, my friend, you haven't seen the world of Edenesa yet. Imagine a futuristic place with lots of metall and modern inventions around, imagine computer screens and cameras and just in between imagine a little shop called "Turdleys"...
In fact, you wouldn't call it a shop nowadays, but that's mainly done for security reasons anyway. Inside you find the aromes of coffee and tea and an elderly woman who greets you when you enter the building.
Edenesa is ruled by the 'Triplets'. A child, a young man and an aged. They were the ones that had divided the city into parts of labour, they made sure that the morals were taken into account when making decisions, they were the ones that had forbidden stimulants like tea, coffee and chocolate.
The streets of Edenesa are sterile, the cities are clean and everything is following the Triplets' order. If you want to find a mate for life you have to visit a dating agency. They'd mix up thousands of information about you and your life and find the ideal partner for a peaceful relationship. No children before signing a contract for life. No wild parties, just strolling through the parks, which have been created to strike one's inner harmony.
So you see, "Turdleys" isn't a place everybody went to. In fact it is the home of an organization called "Earl Grey". This group is illegal and so they have to meet secretly to discuss about their plans. What are they planning you ask ?
To brighten people's day in a different way. To make somebody feel warm and cosy inside with a cup of tea. To see a child with melting chocolate around it's mouth....
Want some tea ?
