(( open roleplay, any of the pridemembers may join in. xD ~ ))
She appeared to the pride like any other lion, but her forthcoming would be more important that than of others. Her glazed red eyes stared into the distance. She was far away from the Pridelands now, and from her temporary migrating family, who she somewhat grew fond of. Kilango wasn't your average Juvenile cub. She had her legitamite reasons for venturing to this paradise land on her own, and she was here to stay. It was the perfect place to hide from her mother and family, in general.

Her smirk was revealed on her maw when she slipped past a few shrubs and trees. The aroma of salt water was in the air, an unfamiliar scent, but it pleased her. She knew where she was now. Her vision a few days previous gave her a good idea of who lived in this beautiful land. Now was her chance to become a part of it. She looked like them, so now she just had to act like them. Maybe they would be more than willing to accept a helpless little female? Who knew, well only Kilango did.

She padded out into the opening, as she headed toward the beachfront. No one was near her, so she would be safe for now. At least until a pridemember spotted her. She'd just act natural and blend in. No one would notice, right?

As per usual, the princess and the heir were having their daily exploration session. Tamu, having picked up on her father's caring tendencies at a young age, almost looked out for her brother like an over-protective nanny. Despite leaping and bounding at great speed across the many flat rocks emmersed in shingle, she always had an eye out for Sikulu.

"I worry about Miani sometimes," she chuckled as she hopped. "It'd be funny if the sea actually talked back to her one day."

Sikulu, on the other hand, was the adventurous version of their mother. Protective, but undoubtedly playful and exuberant. "Aaah, Miani's wearing that seaweed on too tight." he joked, giggling as he leapt off a slightly slippery rock. He flopped onto the sand, before quickly standing up and brushing off the grains that clung to his fur.

As Sikulu looked to the distance, he noticed the juvenile, Kilango, darting and weaving between shrubs and trees. "Hey, who's that?" he whispered to his sister. Number one, what was a juvenile doing here by themselves? Number two, why was she smirking and looking all evil?

Her blood red eyes stared into the distance, as two figures were nearby. Their voices were faint, but loud enough to be heard. In shock, she made a noise and darted back towards the trees.

Kilango's glaring eyes watched the pair closely. She kept her distance. Maybe they hadn't noticed her yet.

Tamu looked down to her brother from the height of a small flat rock, childish concern on her face. She knew he was alright, since they had only sand to fall onto, but she could still pretend she was like her daddy and look after him.

"I didn't see...anything," she said slowly, squinting as she looked in the same general direction as Sikulu. "Don't tell me you're seeing things. Am I the only normal one?"

She laughed, and hopped a little further ahead.

Miani, unaware of her sibling's jokes about her, was in fact padding softly along the coast a bit behind Kilango, her face to the sand, searching for shells. She was especially looking for the moon-like ones her father told her about a few days earlier. Perhaps if she found enough they would let her participate in some of the ceremonies! The juvenile wriggled with excitement at the idea, causing her seaweed-and-shell braids to jingle and clink against each other softly.

Looking up, she saw Kilango slink back into the cover of the trees... and then, further up, her brother and sister! A smile curled across her muzzle as she picked up her pace, trotting forward to meet them, the sight of the blue pridelander forgotten momentarily.

"I'm serious, look!" he yelled at Tamu, getting agitated. He ran along side her, leapt in front of her, before grabbing her head with both paws and jerking it in the direction he was looking. "SEE?" Pointing at Kilango with a paw, he looked at his sister somewhat bitterly.

"I don't know what she thinks she's doing here, but we better tell her she's gotta have a mom or dad with her. Right?" Sikulu puffed out his chest, looking important and regal and all that crap.

Kilango hid herself, but unfortunatly she had been spotted. She lept from the shrubs and onto the sand, and then the race began. She darted quickly away from the group.

"They'll never yell at me, if they can't catch me." A grin stayed on her maw as she fled from the pair.

Tamu struggled against her brother's grip, sneering and wrinkling her nose indignantly.

"I don't see anything...'cept Miani!" she began to protest, ending in a more cheerful tone as her green sibling came closer into view.

She wriggled free of Siku and leapt down from the little rock to greet her sister...but then stopped in her tracks as she saw a blue thing dart from behind some shrubbery, her head following Kilango.

"What in the world...?"

Miani's large blue eyes shifted as she watched Kilango race down the beach away from her siblings... towards her?! She stepped out of the way almost too late, stumbling and getting a facefull of wet sand.

Snorting the sand from her nostrils, the juvenile straightened up and looked back at Tamu and Sikulu. "What was that?" she asked, eyes wide. "Was it a water demon? We should catch it!"
