i love fly. you basically go in a teeter totter position. like when your head is up to breath, your hips are down under the surface of the water, and when your head is in the water, your hips are up a little above the surface of the water. its also easier if you breath before your arms recover instead of breathing and recovering at the same time. you'll go forward instead of no where.

I love fly <333 Tips? Um... stick your butt up whenever you kick, use your back more than you're legs (as in move your back a lot...), don't make too much splash (because if you do, that means your power isn't getting you anywhere) and point your toes and make your legs straight when you kick (this will help give you the correct form)

I don't know whether or not you knew this already... but either way, I hope it helps :]
