i love fly. you basically go in a teeter totter position. like when your head is up to breath, your hips are down under the surface of the water, and when your head is in the water, your hips are up a little above the surface of the water. its also easier if you breath before your arms recover instead of breathing and recovering at the same time. you'll go forward instead of no where.
