Hmmm shadow imitation+Rasengan all this relies on is that your opponent doesn't know Rasengan as well otherwise yall both get hit but basically you just use shadow imitation on them ready a rasengan then dash and slam it into their chest, if they don't know rasengan then they hit your chest with a normal hand so you dont get hurt to bad and they take a rasengan to the chest.

Would one be able to use alchemy in combination with say a wind jutsu to spread the material transmuted?
