It is goo goo g'joob, just listen to it carefully.
That's pretty amazing how we can get such a big disscussion out of something so little! whee

Liebe Thelema It's goo goo g'joob. Most definitely. I think I remember hearing/reading that John said those were the last words of Humpty Dumpty... or something like that. I'm pretty sure it had to do with Humpty Dumpty.... She's absolutely right. It had something to do with "Through the Looking Glass" apparently. When Humpty Dumpty fell from the wall, his last words were supposedly "Goo goo G'joob" hence the bit about being the eggman. However, I whipped out my old copy of "Through the Looking Glass" after reading that fact and have found no evidence of those being his last words. Wikipedia also says that they were, but they're totally not in my book!

D< Every time someone sings that song, I get really excited until they say "Koo Koo Kachoo". If I weren't Vulcan, I'd punch them in the face.

I had hippie Day at my school this past friday for spirit week and someone made a poster with the Walrus on it. My friend pointed it out to me. I got really excited until I read the words "Koo Koo Ka choo" next to the picture..I yelled " Fail! >8U " and my friend and I laughed x)

Yea I always thought it was koo koo kachoo. I know it isn't and it's just the way that the mic changes the sound. If you listen close enough [which I'm sure everyone here has done] it is goo goo g'joob.
But really, it's a nonsense phrase so I'm not bothered. It's just fun to say to people "Actually you're singing that wrong" and point out how well you know the song whee
