This I can actually answer.
1. Kazuki, said told me that Atemu is taken to the Afterlife, where the Pharaoh's go and so do all the dead. Think the Mummy Returns kind of thing.
2. Atemu's mother, Nefertiti died during child-birth, and is never shown.
3. No Atemu never had any siblings, for he was a lonely child. But he was not spoiled in anyway.
