Thinking that Ralon wasn't done yet, she hurried to his door and knocked. Then, she said, "Ralon! Hurry! You don't want to keep the King waiting! It's a bad image if we don't make haste! I'm done already!"

Ralon opened his door and said to Marina, "Don't worry, we're not late. We've still got some time, but lets go anyway." He stepped out of the room and closed the door behind him. He led the way back down the wall and down several other corridors. They eventually turned down a large ornate hallway.
"This leads to our destination," Ralon said, "The royal dining room."

Marina takes a few deep breaths before entering the dining room. She looks at Ralon's eyes and says, "What do you think the ending result shall be? I'm a bit nervous...."

"First, I'd focus on getting through dinner before thinking about what the king will say," Ralon told her, "The king is a good king and he will at least listen."
As if on cue, the doors opened and they stood before a room large enough to serve it's purpose, but not so large it was wasted space. There was a table set for five in the middle and Vaar, the King and the Queen were standing and talking.

As she looked at the King, she got an uneasy feeling. Then, she whispers to Ralon, "I'm not very used to these fancy dinners, although I do now how to eat and what to eat in a royal audience. But this is really akward. I don't like it. Oh well....."
The walk towards Vaar, the King and the Queen, and Marina takes a bow. "Greetings, your royal Highness."

The King and Queen incline their heads in acknowlegement of Marina's bow.
"Welcome to my pallace young angel," the King greets Marina and then turns to Ralon, "And welcome back Ralon. We just can't seem to get rid of you." He smiled easily at Ralon.
Ralon gave a melodramidic bow in reply and said, "It would appear that way Sire."

"Thank you for accepting me into your palace. I have always dreamed of coming here in peace. And I see you know Ralon. Is he an old friend or something? May I say, I better not ask...." She sighed, and then said. " A toast! For the King and Queen!"

"Yes, Ralon and I are somewhat old friends," the King said as they all toasted, "But now, let's eat." The servants then came out and placed the meal on the table and they all had a seat. The meal was roast duck with various vegitables.

"I see. Then, I will ask no more."
Seeing such food made Marina think that she should be a hog and eat it all up. However, since she was a decent angel, and of class, she grabbed a fork and a knife, one in each hand and ate like a princess, in other words, decently. She took a sip of wine that was on her right, and felt a sudden pain in her stomach. She didn't show any symptoms of changes in her body, she didn't show it.
"Excuse me, your Highness..... After this meal, may I have a word with you later?" She asked calmly.

"Of course," the King answered, "Vaar informed me that you had a request of me."
Ralon ate as decently as any other noble, though he found some of the eating utensils unnessesary under any other circumstances.

She looked at Ralon curiously, normally she used all of the spoons, forks, and such while eating, but he hardly used a few. She giggles calmly, and asked, "Ralon, tell me, how did you met the King? I know that you knew him from long ago, but I don't know details. If it's personal, then it's ok if you don't say it."
