I don't really know the meaning of the album
But I do know the story behind it, as most people do
It is about a patient in hospital, who dies tragically young
And death takes him in, in the form of this Black Parade
That is similar to the way Gerard explained it
But of course I'm not as good as him xPP

Well every song has an important meaning for them.
for example famous last words is about the last concert of revenge and hoe they felt, they were sad, but at the same time they knew that everything has an end

i saw on a talkshow that the entire album represents a life. it talks about serten problems this serten person went threw. how they suffered from canser, how they fell asleep and never woke up how they have lifed the sharpest life. Gerard did his hair white, because it represents the pashent

i neither know alot of the meanings of the songs..cancer...a difficult song
4 the persons that have cancer..that song its so hard but so beautifull xp
