Ah. I usually give up hope when I see other people's art. My dream was to be a graphic artist, but the dream is crushed thanks to my Asian parents... I swear... It's something with Asian families and money.... not happiness.
Now all I can grow up to be is a crappy half-assed doctor or something. stare
*steals Kraddie's doodles* >w< 
Look, it's not just the Asian parents that'll bug you about that. Trust me.
Maybe you could become a doctor and an artist on the side.

Yup, yup! I especially like getting pictures...I keep all my gifts in a nice binder. People USED to draw me pictures, but now it's very hard to get them motivated to do ANYTHING for me. I try TRADING pictures, but everyone's so self concious about their own pictures that they don't ever want to draw me anything! Ahhh. But I like to draw! I DO! And I get so sick of people saying 'no, no, I can't; my art sucks, blah blah...'
...Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and if I were a beholder, I'd have a hundred eyes! And artwork would ALWAYS be beautiful from my hundred eye view! In the end, I LIKE a pretty picture, but not everyone has great drawing skills (I'll admit) but it's the EFFORT that I love most!
I said I would try to bring this guild back to life and I just abandoned it again... TwT Sorry~
To respond to your post..... *raises hand* I would be guilty of being the self-conscious person... xD I don't care how much you force yourself to praise my art, I suck. xP Especially when you have a friend who professionally draws anime OC art and has her own doujinshi.... and also.... *stares at Krad* You're not making it any better~ >w<
