a dream of light
a dream were this world had no evil
a dream were god walked along side us
i had a dream
a dream were there was no devil
a dream were there was no fears
a dream were life did not end
i had a dream
a dream were man did not kill each other
a dream were no one broke the law
a dream were everyone got along
a dream of world peace
i hated that dream

time
is it real
like the wind
we must assume its there
its a picture of our sanity
we trust a a metal wined up toy to tell us if we should sleep
or eat or even laugh remember that the time is you, me, all of us
so take control of your "time" and live if this is what you call it.

This one sucks..
But I wrote it the other night.
It's just some strong emotions for me for the time being.
Hopefully I'll get something else said about it aside from 'lame' because my friend is a dickhead. :D

Probably my favorite thing I've ever written.
And not so sure why.
Perhaps because it's simple.
I just love it so.
Rose petals brushed against skin
Their thorns soon to follow
Over the lips to the throat they linger
A light tingle as the skin is pierced

i didnt ask god for this life i have,
i dont ask god for help,
i dont ask god for advice or reason
i tried that once and he paid no attention,
so why must i believe in someone with no answers
this god i speek of who is he?

a death alone
tears like holy water
were is your god now?
you did nothing wrong
you worshipped him
he did not answer yet you stayed strong
you ask his help
you beg for mercy
on you knees you look to the sky
he still said nothing
and let you suffer
your good life did not mean a thing
where is your god now?
he remains silent
he does not love you

If I lived but just one day
In the shoes of my worst enemy
I'd know why they betray
what it is that they see in me
They have Raped point of views
lost morals and no way to see
that they're the ones we lose
to merciless society
And when I'd think I've had too much
of the mindless banter of this sheep
I'd find some hope but just a touch
crying out from somewhere deep
My point of veiws would then submerge
Steeping in a pool of their mind
bleeding out to make it purge
and this is what I'd find
Nothing
(ok, so I don't know why I put this here, but even though I've lost all hope for my poetry, I was still curious of if I could make one up on the spot. So I did ,and there it is.)
