I would like, if I may mrgreen , to request a lesson on part of what was said in the newsletter:
"Shinys:
On that same note, it’s also fun to play ‘energy ball tag.’ I used to do this quite a bit when I was in middle school. Two of my friends that were also Pagan and I would create energy balls and one person would be ‘it’ until they hit another. We would throw these balls at each other and run around trying not to be hit. We would hide behind things (make sure the things you hide behind are sturdy or they can fall over)
The easiest way we found to create these energy balls was to clap our hands together to get the energy and blood flowing a bit, then concentrate energy into a sphere in our hands, first the size of a fist, then keep adding on until it’s the size you want it and throw it. They don’t last too long, for energy likes to scatter, so if you try to throw it too far it doesn’t reach its target. "
I know there's a brief description on how to do it in there, but I am really intrigued now! Is it just a case of visualisation to focus the energy? And how long did it take to learn how to do it? I don't know anyone I could practice with, but I have a large collection of yoghurt pots I'm itching to start knocking over sweatdrop
Great newsletter by the way, it went straight into my save box! 3nodding

I found a website on how to create energy balls, but I'm not sure if it's any good or not:
