Clan: From a smaller, lesser known but still noble family

~Appearance~
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 215 pounds
Hair: He hair is of medium length and a dark flame red. It's always
immaculate, however a few stray strands are always fighting themselves
free.
Eyes: Rikatsu's calm eyes are a soft misty grey.
Clothing: The standard Shinigami uniform, with the additions of the
pristine white cloth wrappings he uses as sheathes for his Zanpakutou
and a headband in silver cloth just above his eyes.
Mortal World Clothing: Blue Jeans and a silver button up shirt, and
some sort of cord or headband.
Physical Description: Rikatsu tends to move at a slow considered pace,
placing every footstep with care and always concious of what is
happening around him. He's athletic in build with slighter over-long
arms.
Background: So far Rikatsu has lead a rather boring life, semi-cloistered
within the smallish Kitai estates. He is an only child and
is bearing all the hopes of his parents with him as he is the first
child of the family in 3 generations who has chosen to enter Shinigami
training.
Personality: Calm and solid are the words that come to mind, always
unruffled, never impolite, yet not detached as some with those
qualities are.
Other: Due to his heritage Rikatsu will be almost totally incapable of
shadow stepping more than a couple of feet, however he'll be able to
apply that speed to his hands and arms for defense.
~Zampakutou~
Zanpakutou name: Tatsumaki no Tsunagi (Tornado of Shining Sand)
Zampakutou Call: Blur Tatsumaki!
Zampakutou Apperance: A set of two Jo sticks, each just under 4 feet
long. The right hand stick is made of a semi-transparent obsidian
bound with silver and the left hand one is the opposite; Silver bound
in with obsidian. When not in use Tasumaki is bound to Rikatsu's arms
by a clever set of white cloth bindings that allow them to be dropped
into his hands with a simple shake and twist.
Zampakutou Type: An odd mixture of earth and wind
Zampaktou Soul: A quiet stone grotto encircled by a screaming
whirlwind. Tatsumaki is one of the rarest of Zanpakuto(even aside
from not being an edged weapon) in that its soul isnt anthrapomorphic.
Shikai: An obsidian fighting staff over 6' long and just over 1.5"
thick. The staff is shod in silver caps and is further divided evenly
by thick silver bands all inscribed with symbols of earth and wind.
Whenever the staff is in motion the scribing ignites into a blue flame
that grows brighter the faster it moves.
Zanpakutou Abilities: Tatsumaki greatly increases the speed of
Rikatsu's hands and arms at a cost to movement speed. So while he is
stationary he is capable of lighting fast strikes and blocks from and
to any direction.

Hair: Black hair, spiked forward so that it partially covers eyes.
Eyes: Blue Eyes
Clothing: While in the Soul Society, wears traditional Shinigami clothes. In the real world, wears long, slightly ripped, and baggy jeans, a red sleeveless and collarless shirt, with the phrase 'BURN!' written across the back.
Physical Description: Slightly tanned, slightly muscular, and slightly overweight due to being fed a lot when younger.
Background: Ry died at his birth and has since then grown up in a tough neighborhood in the Soul Society by non-blood related family members. He discovers his hunger at the tender age of 6 and has since then trained himself to control his reiatsu. Although he may not possess the ability to call upon spells well like the others, his physical and mental stamina is far superior to those equal in his ranks.
Personality: Ry is a lazy, but hard-working individual who only wants to become stronger. He is very lonely and very shy and tries his hardest to fit in. Since he was young, he was always made fun of by his peers and has low self-esteem. However, that made him become respectable to those of higher ranks and to the opposite sex. He may not be a lady's man by nature, but he is caring and lovable to the girls if they give them the chance to be.
Other: Ry has a bit of a dark side to him, despite his peaceful and kind side of him. This will be explained further in detail once he acheives Bankai.
~Zanpaktou~
Zanpaktou name: Raigeki
Zanpaktou Call: Crash down, Raigeki
Zanpaktou Apperance: Like a regular katana, but on the blade, the Kanji for 'Peace' is inscribed.
Zanpaktou Type: Fighting/Lightning
Zanpaktou Soul: A white tiger with black stripes. He has no pupils, but he is not blind. He symbolizes strength, power, and loyalty as well as the balance between Ry's good side and Ry's bad side (white with black stripes). He speaks in a strong voice and helps Ry push past his limits, even though the way he does it may seem as cruel to some.
Shikai: His blade becomes a really dark blue and is surrounded by a small aura of lighting.
Zanpaktou Abilities: The ability to strike enemies from a distance by swinging the strikes at the opponent and a kind of sonic wave, similar to Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshou, but smaller and quicker, and is made up of lighting so it can shock the opponent into paralysis if hit directly.

Kidou: None, magic and Ry don't mix very well. He prefers to defeat his opponents by his own swords rather than using black magic from a safe distance.

Clothing: While in the Soul Society, just standard robes. While on the mortal world, he wears jeans, black shoes, a red shirt, and a green hoody.
Physical Description: Ethan is well built, 5’9’’, with a muscle bound body. He has short brown hair, which is always drifting into his eyes. His ears are small, and his eyes are green. He has a long pointed nose, and a thin set of lips. A thick neck connects his oval shaped head to a body made for strength. Ethan’s long arms and legs are pumped with muscle. He has long, slender, calloused hand and large and flat feet. He has a tan the color of willow wood.
Background: Ethan grew up with a loving family, and was raised very well. His father had a good income, and his mother always made sure that he was taken care of. Although sometimes mean, his siblings were always there to watch out for him. Ethan was what most people would call popular. He was likeable, smart, funny, and had a cool attitude. However, he never abused his power. He would always help the slow kid cross the finish line, and would always stand up for the weak. Ethan just seemed like the perfect kid. Though this made some kids mad.
A couple of degenerates from Ethan's school did not like how he was the "perfect" child. They vowed to make his life miserable. Therefore, they did. From the time Ethan was eight to when he was eighteen; he was bullied constantly at school. He was tripped, punched, laughed at, exploited, and humiliated. Ethan stopped eating, and his grades dropped drastically, but he wouldn't tell on the kids that bullied him. And up until his eighteenth birthday, when he was unknowingly ready to leave on his journey of death, he never told anyone, never complained, nothing. Ethan felt like he had been abandoned.
On his eighteenth birthday, while one of the bullies was pushing Ethan around, he tripped and fell into the street while a car was speeding down. Ethan ran out, moved the boy who had helped make his life so miserable, and got hit himself. It happened so fast, that Ethan didn’t realize he was dead until a soul reaper came and moved him into the Soul Society. From there, Ethan discovered his Soul Reaper potential and was soon accepted into the academy.
Personality: Ethan can be described in many ways. Some say he is arrogant, annoying, and stupid. Others say he is intelligent, funny, and helpful. Still, others say he has determined, optimistic, and loyal. Ethan has never had a problem making friends, and is easily liked by everyone. He has never failed to bring a smile to a sad face, and always seems to brighten the rooms he walks into.

Zanpaktou Name: Houkou
Zanpaktou Call: Awaken, Houkou!
Zanpaktou Appearance: Houkou is two-and-a-half feet long, two inches wide, and paper thin. It has a black blade, which is always cold, and a hilt that is wrapped in red cloth to make it more grippable. It also has the uncanny ability to cut and manipulate air, sending gusts of wind at the opponent. This move is very effective with sand.
Zanpaktou Type: Wind
Zanpaktou Soul: The soul of Shikon is a massive dog with five tails. He usually appears while floating on a cloud. His fur is white, with red, yellow, brown, light blue and indigo stripes running down his back.
Shikai: Houkou looks almost the same in Shikai as he does originally but instead of a black blade, it warps into the same five colors that run down Houkou’s back. These are red, yellow, brown, indigo, and light blue.
Zanpaktou Abilities: Will be completed later.
Bankai: Houkou Shikon
Bankai Apperance: Just a bigger form of the Shikai release, with the colors a lot most noticeable and bolder.
