Instant ego boost. Hearingthose words from his Master always helped. To one day be better then Maul, a difficult achievment, but one he hoped to succeed at. He got to his ship, cause everyone knew confusion was bad, or at least, they had to pretend confusion was bad. "That day is not now, maybe not tomorrow, but one day...maybe." He muttered as he attached his communicator and prepared for takeoff.

"Anakin?" Maul said over the headset that had the chance to be heard by others. "Lets head over to that Astroid Field over there?" This was dangeres but Maul knew Anakin would likeit.

Any normal pilot would have argued the logic in that move. Flying into an aesteroid field on purpose was plain stupidity. "I'll see you there." With an increase of speed Anakin was gone. He didn't even consider the risks, the idea that he could be crushed and die never even crossed his mind. if he were to ponder the risks at every turn, he wouldn't be where he was now.

Maul's ship moved almost as fast as Anakin's but turned a bit better. If the two had not been always trying to out do the other they would have the best ship in the known and unknown worlds but because of their were Stubben it would still happin just much diffrently then if they had worked together. They wanted to out do the other so much that risk and chanellge didn't matter to them. Anakin pushed Maul in everything but Maul pushed Anakin right back. That is why they were so great together. That is why They would be together for so long. Anakin would never kill Maul he had to much to offer and as long as Maul kept having something to offer he knew he'd be alive.
