As Ryukinzo pulled his lips away from the female, she fainted; melting in his arms. Though it was tough, Ryu supported himself and the girl. After sweeping the girl off of her feet and sat back down under the tree. He sat her up right on his lap and laid her head against his chest. The sun had fallen, and the moon was high in the sky. Using his chakra, Ryukinzo wrapped his lunar cloak around the two of them and camoflauged in the night. After a few moments, Ryu fell asleep.

Nordia stirred in her sleep and buried her face in Ryu's chest. This cloak is warmer than I thought... she thought contently, keeping her eyes shut and her head on the semi-soft pillow. She smelled something off with her accute nose. Not bad, just another scent besides the trees, horses, mountains. Something that smelled like... blood. But it wasn't the revolting, stale blood that's been collecting on the floor. It actually smelled pleasent, that might have been because of the mix it was with.
Blood and flowers are an odd mix until you actually try them together.
Nordia smiled into her pillow as she heard a bird chirp and a horse's hooves on the ground. She liked the Ranch... The Ranch! This wasn't like her now a days to fall asleep in pulbic places.
With a fading smile she kept her eyes closed tightly and went through the events of the previous night...
Seeing a farmhand. Farmhand turned out to be Ero-Kage. Ero-Kage tackles her. A kiss. He updates her on the situation and gives her a mission. Nordia gives a small speech. Ryu thanks her and goes into detail about his brother. Another speech. Another kiss.
Darkness.
With that thought, she snapped her eyes open and looked at her pillow. A light red meterial covered... a muscular human chest. RYU! she mentally screamed, squeaking softly as she looked up to him with wide eyes and shimmering in the afternoon light.
"R-R-Ryu?" she whispered, placing her hands on his chest to give herself some distance from him. She felt her cheeks grow a flaming red as heat radiated from them like a fire. How did this happen? What else happened besides the kiss?!
Thoughts raced through her mind like never before. She hadn't even gone farther than a hug with anyone, and that was with her brother and only once when they first moved to the Crystal. Now her Kage had kissed and she slept in his lap the entire night...

Slowly but surely, Ryukinzo awaked. His gaze instantly shifted down to the female with the flaming face. Using his chakra to make his hand slightly colder, he placed it on her cheek and smirked. Ryu has been acting a little odd lately. A little…different. Usually, he would molest a sleeping girl. Or in his evil personality, he would’ve raped her. But this was different. Since his battle, the almighty Crystal Kage as been a bit carefree.
While stroking her cheek with his thumb he spoke. “Good afternoon, Nordia. I guess we’ve been sleeping for quite a while. If it weren’t for you, I’d still be sleepin’.”
Ryu’s cape released itself from the kunoichi and flopped gentle to the ground.
To the Kousekikage, it felt like ages since he had last placed his hand on a female. While in this position, he leaned forward and pressed his forehead against hers; staring into her young eyes.
“Nordia,” he said with grace, then paused for a moment. “You’ve gave me the motivation I needed…thank you. No one has ever said such kind things to me before. I feel loved.” He ended his statement with a chuckle and gave her another hug.
“So…have you decided when you will start your mission?”

A shiver ran through her spine as Ero-Kage placed his cold hand on her cheek, the shiver grew to a tremble as he stroked with his thumb. "What can I say... I'm usually a light sleeper, what with always being on guard and the like that I was taught by my brother..." she told him as he unwrapped his cloak from her.
She looked back into his crimson orbs with her large emerald ones and smiled as he spoke. "I told you the truth. We care about you. If we don't care to our nakama, horrible things will happen... the death will be unbelievable, the pain will flow but there will be no outlet for we'll have no one to speak to, and eventually chaos will come."
"You're loved. Don't worry 'bout that... bro?" she said, testing it out as he told her to speak to him like she could someone her own age. She hugged him back, this time slightly more confident as she was on guard for anything.
Nordia snapped back into reality with a slight jolt as Ero-Kage asked her about her mission. "I'll collect supplied tonight or tomorrow. I'll start as soon as possible afterwards. Should I wait for the kunoichi to join me or should I start after I get supplies?" she asked him with her emotionless tone, her large emerald eyes growing focused and sharp.

After removing her from his lap and placing her on the ground, he stood up. Now towering over her with his hips a few inches above her head, he looked down at Nordia. Ryu smiled and leaned against the soft wood behind him, then nudged the girl with his foot.
“You don’t have to wait for her, just get out of here before I love you to death,” he stated before he gazed into the sky. His conversation with Nordia boosted his confidence back to its normal state. Just like when he was a child, he felt he could take on anything…except his brother. But now, he thought he was capable of doing that too.

Nordia smiled weakly up to Ryu as he set her down, not knowing what else to do at that moment. So instead of saying a grand statement, a simple "Thanks." managed to escape as she kept her leafy gaze up to him.
"I'll be sure to depart soon, don't worry, for I'm sure death by love would be a humiliating way to go..." Nordia told him with a chuckle as she pushed herself up off the ground and landed on her feet with her knees bent.
Straightening herself up, she took off her pack and set it on the ground lightly. After a moment of thought about her travels, she decided to get there quickly she would need to travel without much weight and unobsured.
She quickly took off her cloak and slung it over her shoulder to reveal that she was wearing a flowing black skirt that reached her ankles, and below it her bright blue toe socks with clouds on them peeked out. Her shirt was a long sleeved v-neck with her headband resting casually on the top of her ribcage at the beginning of the V of the v-neck.
She came to attention and brought her one hand up to the connection of her chest to her shoulder and pounded on it once as a salute. "Stay safe, and rest up. I'm going to your fortress before setting out," she informed him, turning her heel and picking up all the things that fell out of her pack and placing them back in before hopping onto the fence and sprinting towards the exit of the ranch to Ryu's home.

As Nordia left, Ryu leaped high into the sky. Doing this without stretching sent pain into his lower limbs. It was obvious that he still shouldn't be moving around so much, but he isn't the kind of person who likes to be held back. He gained this mentality from trying to prove things to his brother.
Ignoring the pain, Ryu's vision scanned the area. His gaze shot towards the Crypt Village.
Hm...Temari. How have you been lately? I miss you.
A weak emotional pain slowly sank into the Kage's belly. Little did he know, the new Shadow Kage killed his dear friend. This would not be good news for Ryukinzo, and danger to the world around him.
Using the chakra emitting from his cape, Ryu flew towards the Land of Exiles.

Sora sat down on a patch of dew covered grass. It was about mid-morning and she had just got done practicing her shuriken techniques. She always practiced this early, after all she had to train a lot if she wanted to become a first rate kunoichi. Soon her academy days would be over and she would get that headband she had always dreamed of having. I'll wear it across my forehead. She thought. Just like my daddy did. It was true, her dad wasn't from the village hidden in the crystals, but he was still a shinobi. She didn't really remember him much, one of the only memories she had of him was him singing her some sweet lullaby, slowly making her dirft into sleep. She had pictures, but it just didn't feel the same. Her mother was always telling her she acted just like him. She stared at the horses with a blank look in her eyes. She was tired and wore out. She sometimes came up her in this mountanous area to chill out and enjoy the peacefulness. Not many people came up here and that's what she loved about it. She could just sit here and think to herself all day and nobody would bug her. She laid down in the grass, getting the back of her shirt slightly damp, and dazed at the sky. She loved watching the cloud drift by, it made her feel as though she didn't have a care in the world. She could sit like this forever and never have a complaint. She knew she couldn'y do that, but for now, it was just okay.
