The SA-X is creepy as well. The music and the footsteps that come before you see it really do put you in a suspenseful mood. How I hated that thing...
Besides from the SA-X, I'd have to say the Chozo Ghosts. Those things suck.

Dire Valoe SA-X, Ing, space pirates, OMEGA PIRATE, dead troopers....and re-deads, even though they are zelda.

Hmm well when sa-x comes out of nowhere and it see's you those moments when she freezes you with her ice beam and your like "ahhh get me outta here"

Shadowlit Facade Chozo Ghosts. Prior to getting the X-Ray Visor. Especially in the Chozo Ruins Arboretum. THIS THIS THIS THIS. gonk gonk gonk Someone, fetch me my brown pants.
