These EL wires besides being eye candy are also holding the jumble of wires behind my hardrive racks at bay...

The top of my case also shows my black light which activates all the UV reactive stuff inside the case.

The power cables in the top are all bound together by standard electrical tape, which will be later wrapped in ultra Blue EL wiring. Electrical tape is great for Wire Management simple to use and effective.

Thats a porn watching machine!
Why would you watch porn when you could watch things spinning and glowing?

I'll throw updated pics of mine up when my new case and x800 comes in.

Here's a couple. They're a bit outdated, but I'm too lazy to take new ones.

I'm sorry, but I must make love to you, now.

Made for AMV Cribs, so it's not really got the specs or anything.
My computer sucks, anyway.
original thread.

Good luck reading it all. X|

Indeed. Well, I jumped the gun and didn't wait for my videocard, or even to finish the interior decorating.

Lights off(normal)

Sorry for the lame pictures, my normal camera is out of service and these were taken on a Clie. Cathodes are located behind and in front of the 3.5 caddies, behind the PSU(horizontally), and acrost the bottom front. The side fan is a throttled 120mm, which I had at minimum speed for all images. The CPU fan is throttled to not be heard over the rest of the machine's racket.(which is actually not bad) All fans are LED, but the PSU fans, which I have been to lazy too replace.

Not half shabby temps, actually.
The "HDD" sensor is taped to my PC-1066RDRAM, and the CPU sensor is attached to teh copper base of my sink.

For those metrically crippled, I'm too lazy to change the display to F, so that's
82.4 on the CPU and 96.8 on the RAM. More under load(the CPU fluctuates a lot more then the RAM), of course(48 and 48 after a match on ONS-Urban, that's 118.4, again for the metrically retarded, which seems reasonable).

I now have enough room for three more HDDs and I need to dig up a floppy for it(the very reason I moved into this case, that I sacrificed my floppy for a 6th HDD). The 6th HDD has been sequestered for temporary use elsewhere, but I should be able to drop in back in there in a week or so(at which point I will probably also install the floppy, I'm lazy like that).

I may also tidy the wiring, but every time I change something it gets all messy again, so eh. As long as it's not restricting airflow, I'm cool. Oh, and the side fan grille has -got- to go. The plan was to get the local metal shop to fabricate me an alu front to replace the lame plastic one, but it's actually not bad looking, and the door is a minor annoyance, and I can lock it. Which is a good thing because otherwise people could just slide my drives out and take them.
