High wizard, snipers, assasin's cross amd champs
although i consider snipers like noob characters since they have no skill(of course,..a good sniper has a good dopple card equiped cool )
*those who use sniper...this was ust an opinion..no offense sweatdrop
high wizards and champs own RO twisted twisted (bbbbbbbbbb) many thumbs up cool cool

I agree that each character has its strengths and weakness.. and in WoE/PVP gears can make certain classes ineffective to you... so I'd say the either Stalkers or Mastersmirth are two of the strongest class...
Stalkers ~ Intimidate makes it so you can copy the skills of other classes.. Full Divestment makes characters most characters so useless.. Close Confine you can't run away..
Mastersmith ~ Shattering Blow breaks your gears High Speed Cart Ram will hurt very badly (:
If you want to talk about MVP.. I would say that it depends on the MVP.. with the new updates most MVP need to be hunted by parties..
If you're talking about PVM I would say Tae Kwon Masters are by far the craziest PVM characters...
