I'd be me with better eyes so i didn't have to wear glasses and have the abilty to gain a ounce of wait on my arms and legs-

I'd like to be capable of gaining weight and not be so skinny.
And be less pale.
And get rid of most of my ugly scars.

I'd like to make my scars go POOF...and I'd like for my boobs to be smaller, by about a cup..

I have this all planned out...
I would still be about 6' and about just as thin. I would have boobs anywhere from the C to low D range. My hair would still be brown, but it would be very long, and I would wear it in two pig tails like Naruto's hair when he does the Sexy Jutsu.
Now if only I could be a girl crying

I'd want to be athletic-ly built and with body parts I don't currently have... >>; No boobs either. And my hair is the way I like it, I just want it dyed blue. XD
I guess other than that, I'm happy with my looks.

Hmm. No boobs, more muscular, a few inches taller (5'6 to 5'10 would be ideal). Having secondary male sex characteristics in general. razz I'm pretty okay with how I look, just need some testosterone added to the mix.

Overall I'm very happy with where I'm at. Although I would gain a few pounds, but that can be easily remedied. Other than that, I am satisfied with where I've come.

I'd be a tall, pale guy with long black hair. 3nodding Though I don't suppose I really have the personality to pull that off the way I'd like to. rofl I think being a goof is how I am meant to be.

I'm ammending mine to add smaller boobs - a b/c cup would be lovely. I'd also have clearer skin, and either be nicely pale or my skin to go back to it's naturally tan colour rather then the sickly beige I have going on at the minute.
