in an Episode of Mad TV there's a fake preview of a movie staring Eddie Murphy and Gary Coleman called "Larry Popins"

in the Fairly Odd Parent's episode "A Bad Case of Dairy-Uh" there's a British character Vicky has a crush on and he makes 3 references to Disney. First he's just saying a bunch Britishy sounding stuff and says "a spoonful of sugar and all that" (ref to Mary Poppins). Later when he walks into the mall looking for Vicky he says "couriouser and couriouser" (ref to Alice in Wonderland). Then at the end of the episode when he turns down Vicky he flys away by holding an umbrella (Mary Poppins again).
Also there's a Hannal Montana (which is Disney if you're somehow unaware of that) episode titled "When You Wish You Were The Star" which is a word play on the song "When You Wish Upon a Star" from Pinnochio
In the Simpson's Movie there are two refs to Disney. (warning...gag spoilers) The first is when Homer and Marge are in a cabin and some Disney/Snow White-esque birds fly in through the window and music starts playing. The birds help Homer take off his coat. Then more animals, including some deer come in a un-dress Marge. (You really have to see it to get the joke). The second one is while Marge, Lisa, Bart and Maggie are on a train. Bart is going through people's luggage and finds a black bra and puts it on his head so it looks like Mickey ears. Then in a squeeky voice he says something along the lines of "look at me, I'm a corperate mascot".

Wow. No one ever seems to know about Aishiteruze Baby. It's one of my favorites. =D
Eh...Family Guy has a lot of Disney refrences. Like in that one episode where Walt Disney is drawing and has Minne Mouse as his "mode;l".
