Yeah I think since ADV did the dubbing the did as they usually do with their shows made sure it just about every torrent site takes it down I think though if you go through a site like torrent reactor you might just be able to find it....might

It seems Miss Kinoshita is fond of Shakespearean plays. xd
I stumbled across Tactics on a BitTorrent site, not even realizing it was related to Matentei Loki Ragnarok. I downloaded the entire series then, since I'd been searching for a new anime to watch. Guess I got lucky. sweatdrop
