yeah, I thought adult swim would edit that for sure like they did the arm in ep 20. Luckily they left it alone. Just wait till you see what happens this week.

Charles and Ray were really cool, they were my favorite couple on the show because they were so in love...I wish they didn't die crying

yeah, I don't have to worry about spoilers here anymore. It's funny how everyone talked about the whole Charles and
Ray period way before it was actually aired.

I really like these two characters. Renton never had parents in the show. You know his father is was a big shot and we know absolutely nothing about his mother. Really Ray is the closest Renton EVER had to a mother. Charles cared for him two.

He could have stayed with them and lived a happy life. I'm sure he would have even gotten an LFO eventually. Charles wouldn't have made him join the UF since he is against it personally. Plus he woudn't have treated Renton like a brat kid like Holland did.

Looking back on it the show really could have gone in a differant direction pretty easy. all it would have taken would be for Renton to stay with them.

I.....didn't like Charles and Ray. confused

They were sorta creepy, you know? Maybe it's just a japanese thing, but I thought it was crazy how they immediately thought of Renton as their son. It was so weird. Like, you've known him two days and he should call you WHAT?

And then they go an BETRAY him! I mean yeah, I know it was their job...but they still tried to kill the girl he loved even though they knew it would hurt him. I don't think parents should do such horrible things.......
