Firstly, I want to thank everyone who supported me and mostly I would like to thank Koukon for choosing me out of all the wonderful and dedicated crew members we have here.
I now have all the abilities of the Captain so this means things can be organized and updated as needed without hassle. Feel free to PM me for anything you'd like to see done with the guild. However, do not PM me asking to become a crew member. Myself and the current crew members decide if a person is worthy of becoming a crew member and this is done without a person sending a PM.
To Crew Members:
Ah, my friends... We've come such a long way, haven't we? I'm glad we've been here to share it all with one-another. Things won't change now that I'm Vice Captain so any worries you may have had can be brushed aside. In fact... Please tell me if you have any concerns. Tell me anything... Everything! So that we can make this guild as great as it once was... If you have a request or an idea, tell me! I'm willing to work with you to make this thing work. I'm completely approachable and open to any ideas you have. You don't need any special permission to hold an event... You don't need to explain to me why you lock or delete a thread or dispose of a post. I trust you all fully and I know you will use your best judgment in everything you do. Mostly though, I don't want to be thought of as your superior. I am still your equal... Please treat me as such and don't be afraid to make a complaint if you think an action I have taken is wrong or unfair. I won't demote you... I won't take any action against you. So feel free to act as you always have...
I'm stating this here and now so that in the future there will be no complications:
I am apointing Zetan as the second Vice Captain. This is not a favorites game... It's not because he bribed me. It is because he is the most active, most experienced and most qualified crew member for the job after myself. However this is subject to change if the conditions of his activity are altered. I want you to know that I will not leave you all in the dust. I do this because for all I know, tomorrow could very well be my last day on earth and although the fate of the guild is probably the last thing I should worry about in that situation, I want the guild to continue on and improve whether I'm here or not. So taking that all into consideration I want a partner to help maintain this all.
That being said, I think I can slap a signature on this...
EDIT:>> For some reason, I am not able to promote Zetan to Vice Captain. So until this is sorted out he'll just be a crew member...
