ok, i remembered of this made for tv movie that i saw a whole bunch of years ago, but i couldn't remember what the title was or the actors. but tonight it hit me...so i did some research about the main actress Heather Matarazzo.
the movie is called: Our Guys: Outrage at Glen Ridge
it's probably one of the best made for tv movies that i saw in my entire life. i wish i could find it on dvd or something...cauz i would watch it again. it's a drama/crime movie.
Summary:
In 1989, a group of well-known high school athletes in Glen Ridge, New Jersey were accused of the gang rape of a mentally retarded teen girl (Heather Matarazzo). When the town rallies to protect their stars, a detective (Ally Sheedy) and the prosecutor (Eric Stoltz) have to unravel the cover-up by the school board and the police.
