So, I have reason to belive I'm going crazy. Like... schitzo... crazy. Did I spell that right? Yes? No? Anyway, so, this never happened before until the night before last night. Here's my true story:
I was so cold when I went to bed, so I had 4 blankets, 2 shirts, and my trusty hoodie on. In the middle of the night, I took of my hoodie and a shirt, kicked off 3 of the blankets, threw my pillow to the other end of my bed, and (here's the weird part) I pushed my lamp off my bedside table onto the floor. I sort of remember doing it, but when I woke up and saw the lamp on the floor, it felt like I had done it the night before, or like it was a dream. So weird.
Then last night, I went to bed all normal and stuff, no extra clothes or blankets, but I threw a little jewelry box thing in my garbage can. I don't remember throwing it, but I remember sitting up in bed and looking at it. But, again, in the morning, when I saw it in the garbage, I felt like it was a dream.
Has this ever happened to you?

It's probably sleep walking. I used to sleepwalk badly. I remember the worst time, I woke up to the sun shining on my face, laying on my back in a drained pool in the park near my apartments. I was seven. My parents had called the cops. Be glad you don't do dangerous crap like wander 5 blocks from home. ^^;;

Yeah, probably. But... I remember doing the things.
And, heteria, it wasn't a dream. It really happened. I saw the lamp on the floor and the box in the garbage when I woke up.

I have a few stories like that.
About a month ago, I was in my kitchen (no, the shocking bit is yet to come!!) and in my kitchen we have this HUGE pane of glass leading out to our front garden. I vaguely remember walking over to the window, and then I started screaming and trying to get out of the kitchen, I got a panic attack, and then I fell into the glass. My parent wasn't in the house, but luckily I managed to pick myself up. I barely even remembered panicking like that, but when I got the panic attack, I realised what was going on.
Then, this a few months back, I was listening to my friend's older brother's band on the computer (they're really good, if a little depressing) and a song called "Requiem" came on, and I went into this trance and walked into my room, reached for a blade, and... Yeah. Didn't realise until about an hour later what I did.
... I blame Ferrau, the older brother. ^_____^

I think that is sounds more like stress than sleepwalking. If you were sleepwalking, you would not remember having done those things. Most likely, you were waking up during the night in a sort of daze, did those things, and then went back to sleep. So you were probably slightly awake and that is why you have memories of throwing away things and tossing lamps. But its not schizophrenia, if that's what you're wondering.

I agree with you on the stress thing, but the thing is, I'm not that stressed lately. I mean, I might be, but I've been more stressed than this, and I've never done weird things like those before.

I once tried to run away from home through my refrigerator. sweatdrop Really awkward to wake up partially inside the fridge with a suitcase, and your parents just STARING at you. See? I always was a troubled child...

DAMN funny, though. xd I love that one. Weird, I know, but awesome.

...and I don't think you're crazy. Or if you are, then so am I. I woke up at 3:30 this morning sprawled on my bed (on top of my hard textbooks and whatnot, too--I left my bag there) and next to half a piece of cheesecake. I have no idea how exactly that happened.

Sometimes, the funniest stuff happens to me...

Or the time I got clobbered by a ton of witchy books because I got mad at my bookshelf or something in sleep. That was only funny afterwards. I was too tired to even grasp pain. That was only a few days ago, too.

So yeah. I wouldn't worry too much, the same happens to me now and again. (still don't know what the deal was with the textbooks and cheesecake too, but it's hilarious none-the-less.)

I've got more to tell you now.
Last night I went to bed cold, with four blankets. I was only in a tank top and pyjama pants. I woke up this morning with one blanket on, and it was only covering my shoulders and chest. I was frozen.

Oh my god. I can't believe that other people have done the same things I have. My freshman year of college I was in the dorm bathroom in a half-daze and I suddenly started to try to slit my wrist on a broken, sharpened piece of plastic. I stopped when one of my friends saw me doing it. I felt really stupid about it. Why would I do that?

I love that you guys actually get it. I love you guys, and I only just joined the guild.
