Kitsune no Zetsumei
You know you've played to much Devil May Cry when...

When you want to name your future kid Dante

When you bought the Divine Comedy simply because the author is named Dante.

You acctually know that Dante and Vergil are very loosly based on two Roman poets.

Actually ante is lossely based on an Italian Poet...
the author and main character, Dante.
His guide through Hell and Puragatory was a Roman poet, Virgil.
The Entire story of Dante's travel through hell, purgatory, and paradise is a book written by Dante in the 14th? century called the Divine comedy.
His journey though hell, one third of the story, is called inferno.

heh, guess i do play to much DMC. sweatdrop

Evil Minion Number 2
(Sorry for the resurection of an old thread, I just have too many unused ones to resist throwing them in.)

- You know when you play too much DMC when you can actually make sense of the back story of the game.
-You know you play too much DMC3 when you realize the lyrics are really about how freaking hard the game is.
-You know you play too much DMC1 when you actually consider remaking the game with different voice acting.
-When you say “Wow, a talking mutt. You’d win first place in a dog show. Woah there, how about a walk? Come on puppy, let’s go!” whenever you take your dogs (or your friends) out somewhere.
-You know you play too much DMC when you make a list of all the laws of physics it breaks (that list is huge.)
-You know you play too much DMC when you imagine having a character in your class.
-You know you play too much DMC3 when you wonder of Dante dyes his hair because his eyebrows and stubble don’t match his hair.
-You know you play too much DMC when you actually buy all the odd sub stories (anime, comics, books…)
-You know you’ve played too much DMC3 when you can spot all the numbers on the level.
-You know you’ve played too much DMC when you’ve made back stories for all the untold instances of characters.
-You know you’ve played too much DMC when you’ve made back stories for BOSS characters.
-You know you’ve played too much DMC when you’ve made back stories for all the minions you fight.
-You know you play too much DMC when you feel an irresistible urge to create Dante/Vergil/Sparda/Eva/Trish/Lady/Jester/Arkham/Mundus/other/all of the above character in any place you can make them.
-You know you play too much DMC when you deny that DMC2 exists because it wasn‘t made by Capcom.
-You know you play too much DMC when you enjoy kicking cameras.
-You know you play too much DMC when you shake your head at Vergil in DMC4 therories because he blew up at the end of Devil May Cry 1.
-You know you play too much DMC when you actually know Dante’s mom’s name.
-You know you play too much DMC when you can’t resist saying the title in the way that is usually said in the beginning of the games.
-You know you play too much Devil May Cry when you wonder where all the holes Dasnte should have in his trenchcoats went.
-You have an explanation for where all the holes in Dante's trenchcoats went.
-And, finally, you try impaling yourself with swords just to be more akin to our pretty main character.

I am guilty of most of these.

You know you play too much DMC when every time you go on photobucket, you search Devil May Cry pics first.

you know you play DMC to much when you could remember every dialogues and recite them with the exact same tone as the characters, the hot guys from DMC keep showing up inside your head no matter you're sleeping or not, and every time you watch/read/see/do something you would think, "Hmm... I wonder what would (insert DMC characters' name here) do in this situation?"

...

... is guilty for above reasons.

You know you have played to much DMC when your friends force you to sign a contract with them that states "DMC conversation shall only fall within the time of ---Am to --PM".....and that is the time they are never around.
