I like Hachi more. I kinda feel sorry for her, since she always seems to have a really rough time.
I would rather be Nana though, because everything (well most things) seem to work out better for her, rather than Hachi.

jrockislove But I must admit, Ren is a sexy beast. heart
Anyway, I'd like the whole "mushing" thing too (hahaha mushing). I like both of their clothes, their friends are all cool and their personalities are both unique and cool each in their own way. If i really HAD to choose though, it'd probably be Nana because Ren is hot, Shoji's a pooface and Hachi has much more drama than her.

@the sad story convo: while hachi has a sad story... nana has probably a worse one. due to all of her psychological issues...

I think I relate to Hachi more than any other character in the story. However, I like to think I am a bit more responsible than Hachi. And I FOR SURE haven't had as many boyfriends, but I can relate to her thought processes and her naiveness... sweatdrop at times.... and her family background is similar to mine as well
edit: actually now that I think about it I could be like Sachiko as well... hmmm

Nana O. Hands down. She's so much more confident. She knows what she wants, and she's not afraid. She's got great style and she's one of those people who inspires others. One of those great female characters.
