It said it would be out on the next update, I had a update today, but I don't know if it was the <Chocobo> update.
Is it?
also, if it is the update:
How do I get a egg and <raise> it?

i get it somewhat since i played a dragoon and a puppetmaster already and i also have the npc that i name but to have a lot of names sounds like fun yet i wonder if the chocobos will be like the ones in ff7 etc etc? sounds kind of weird since we aren't able to climb over mountains and go across oceans and such yet >.>

from what it looks like yes it will be like ff7(gag) when it comes to the breeding part. But from what i gather name wise you will have to choose from a list when you do the quest.....which is the same thing you do with your npc an travel to go change your wyverns name if you dont like the ones on the first list. What i also get is the egg part is going to be like gardening in your mog house you got to check in at least once a day...to make sure things are going alright.

Yes, but when does it start? Like he said, it was stated that the whole deal would begin at the next update... Well we got an update but I haven't heard anything about getting a Chocobo to raise as my own.

Yes SE said tghat the next update will hold the Chocobo Update that while allow us to start breeding Chocobos. However the last update was the update for the emergency maintanice they did and some of the new areas. The update containing the chocobo data will be in the middle of this month. Trust me I am waiting for this also since I have already made out a plan to make either a black and/or gold chocobo.
