I don't have a name for this recipe besides yummy.
What you'll need.
2 Cups of Rice Pre-Cooked(You can use any kind, I prefer Sticky or Minute Rice.)
1 package of Mushrooms
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Pepper
2 Eggs
Bacon (Easiest to cut two strips, 1inch thick off of a frozen package)
1 small onion (if desirable)
Soya Sauce
A large frying pan
Pre-cook desirable amount of rice. In skillet fry bacon, mushrooms, peppers and onion on low heat until bacon is fully cooked, but not overly crispy. Add eggs. Slowly scramble the eggs in the skillet. When eggs are almost finished cooking add rice. Mix well. Add Soya Sauce until brown. Continue frying until mixture is throughly heated.
You can serve this with chicken, pork or steak. Or you can do what I do and just eat it on its own.
