ferretclaw Pistil Devil-Maniac Aquafinabottle Retro Spaztic Clown lol i don't think many people live there. There is quite a few... but whether or not they have a computer and know of Gaia is another question. Their flag is cool... over a million but its a harsh life up there. pronounciation arrow (noon-a-vutt) Seriously? Wow. Manitoba has over a million. Not even at 1.5 yet though. 'Tis sad. uhhh, no. as of 2005, there are 30,000 people living in nunavut. http://www40.statcan.ca/l01/cst01/demo02.htm Hey, at least I was right about Manitoba. xd And with this post, I do believe I own the last post on every provincial thread. eek

The population of a territory/province doesn't change it's status. It has to do with stable economy. The NWT has been fighting for provincial status for decades, but hasn't recieved it because we are built off a boom-or-bust industry. first gold, now diamonds and oil.

I'm a quebecer, but I really want to go to nunavut... I mean common! I love snow. And I want to try cannoing down one of their arctic rivers. Or one of your arctic rivers I should say....
The worse thing about nunavut is coulouring it in on maps for geography... Damn squiggly lines...
My dad really wants to go up there. But it costs alot. For food too. That was already metioned.
Soon we won't be able to see polar bears...
DAMN GLOBAL WARMING
its snowing alot today, its all white. its april (its quebec)
not that I'm sad
