Blazen_Raven YEA I BEAT SEPHI IN KH2!!!!!!!!!!! now all i need to do is beat him in KH1...lol sweatdrop really I am having more problems with Sephiroth in the second than the first. in the first I beat him at like level 65 or so. in the second I am like level 72 and still can barely touch him... (I need to crack down and actually finish it...... I am at like 98% finished..... I just keep playing around with the drive forms....) I beat the game though in like 25 hours the first time...... was majorly disappointing. the first took me alot longer.....

i beat both and i prefer the second one better. I mean yeah the beginning was kinda slow(tho i do like Roxas a lot better then Sora for some odd reason) but when you started getting close to the end i like the story so much better(that and i FREAKING love drives.) As for Sephiroth, he is easier in the second one IF you have the right equipment. If you have Ultima Weapon and are level 68 at least you can beat the crap out of him in 5 minutes(i fought him three times, once one my save and once on my friends' saves). The first Sephiroth i couldn't beat till i was level 99 and he still made me cry.
One thing i didn't like in the second one was the easy-ness of the bosses. When they were hard it was because they were cheap bastards (Deymex and Xaldian damns them!). The first game's bonus bosses were hard but not cheap(except for Phantom, need a game shark to beat him).

I disgress yes Drives rock but KH2 was to easy and didnt give you enough time for you to throughly enjoy it I played it on the hardest level and beat it in 3 days. and that was just because I personaly prolonged it. Also it dosnt have the soma amout of exploration. in KH1 I foufn my slf in realy crazy places in KH2 thought to many invisabal walls and the treasure chest are right in the open for you. not hard to find at all. So KH1 was my favorit because it was harder longer and allowed you to explore way more.
KH3 coming to Japan on 2009

So, who else is praying that Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories will be released in the US, not just Japan?
(Current plans are to launch the title with the Japanese Final Mix of KH2 later this year. No current announcement made on US release as far as I know)

Kingdom Hearts was awesome. Great storyline, it meshed, there was so much to explore and do it was way more fun. The bosses weren't super easy to beat and there was actually a descent well thought out story.
Kingdom Hearts 2 freakin bites! Not only is the opening so long and slow but all the sudden you're thrown into this crap going on. I'm thinking alright this is interesting going to be good. Was it? No! They explain things so quickly, yet there was no real storyline to it. In my opinion the second one was a serious let down that should not have been released. You couldn't even explore half as much as you could in the first game, hardly any meat to the story, Aeris became even more freaky, bosses were super easy to beat. I couldn't even finish the game it was that big of a turn off to me.
As for Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories I wish they hadn't released it in America. I played the original on the gameboy and the battle system sucks! I mean seriously fighting with cards!? What were they thinking? I mean basically all you do is gather the best cards as you go line them up in the order ya want to kick arse and then keep hitting the button. The storyline had potential but I couldn't get past the card battling to enjoy it again another let down.
As for the next Kingdom Hearts game that's to be released on the PSP it has potential but I fear it as I've heard they will use the same card battle system in this game.

I've just started playing the new Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days. It's a really great game. And from a new perspective.

I got Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep finally they picked back up after Kingdom Hearts I. Personally it took them long enough there wasn't a game since the first one that was really good but Birth by Sleep really picked up the slack and gets ya hooked.
This is a good game and worth owning and playing! This one ranks right up there with the first Kingdom Hearts if not surpassing it simply for the fact they got rid of the stupid gummie ships! I hated those things.
