Dark samus' physiollgy is simular to that of a Metroid, and it was born in the pool of metroid prime. so it should carry in it metroid DNA.
like I said, it's innerds are like a metroids, it might give it immunity.
and other than than, the tramendous load of Phazon she carries within her might fry any Parasite that attempts to to infect.
the SA-X is a perfect copy of Samus at her full power. But even stated in the metroid prime two log book. all of metroid primes weapons and systems are superior to Samus.
plus she can survive anything short of complete sub-atomic destruction.
So Dark Samus is more powerfull, but the SA-X can multiply.

Dark Samus, hands down. More powerful, definetly more evil, and definetly Metroid Prime.

General D. Well. even if Dark Samus kills the SA-X, it can infect Dark Samus and kill her. Remember, the SA-X is a parasite. ONLY a Metroid can kill it. Wait...Is Dark Samus Metroid Prime? Im not sure...there have been many rumors...If Dark Samus is Prime then yeah, Dark Samus would win. dark samus originated from the remains of metroid prime when it pulled some of samus' DNA out of her suit along with all the phazon also in her suit in the first metroid prime game. Also, im very skeptical that the SA-X's parasitic abilities would be effective against dark samus because if you think about it dark samus is pretty much the same way, especially in metroid prime 3, plus phazon, especially the type she (it?) is made of is highly radioactive and most likely corrosive. i highly doubt that even the SA-X could withstand much punishment from dark samus.

So Dark Samus is more powerfull, but the SA-X can multiply. dark samus can also multiply. although i have no idea the extent of the ability, i do know that dark samus splits apart in metroid prime 3, and number 2 i think, into multiple, fully functioning copies of herself.

good question though, they each excel in areas, as in, Dark Samus is more powerful, and she has Metroid DNA, which hunt down X,
but then the SA-X cam copy, i still think dark samus would win though

Dark Samus would totally win. She has amazing agility, a powerful arm cannon, and most importantly, can suvive in Phazon. All the SA-X can do is become a monster with five arm cannons and just jump around.
