Since I'm fond of the Paws base, I looked around. All I could find for horns for this base, however, were two.
[Animal] A Little Wicked seems to be the best bet. It would work best for Gamzee, but, it's a pair of horns, so, it's better than nothing. I'd definitely recommend this one, however, due to being all orange, and a better price.
[Animal] Incinerating Inferno Champion (animal) would only be able to be used with certain hairstyles. It's smaller, so it may work better for some Paws, and for characters such as Vriska, Feferi and Kanaya, if you don't mind the black bases being shown. Also, it's much more expensive.
It's difficult to do Homstuck cosplay with paws bases, though, so, only put this if you want, kay? I could barely find a good one for Vriska, and she still isn't the most pleasing...
