xxxx • Personality : Quiet, contemplative, and very calm. She is quite agreeable to be around, and while she may be a wonderful listener, she often finds herself at a loss of what to say or how to respond.
xxxx • Biography : Kasumi is from a distant and secretive village located on a hidden island far from Soul Society. Not much is known about them other than their delivery of one powerful or potentially powerful Shinigami every 700 years or so, all of them Vizard. They sent by ship, most electing to join the most violent and battle-hardened Squads. Each one died a violent death due to their wild and reckless behavior; they all seemed to thirst for war and conflict itching for a death wish to be fulfilled. Kasumi is strange, electing to join Squad 2 instead, preferring to fight from the Shadows. Unlike her predecessors, she shows some sense of self-preservation. xxxx • Inner World Appearance : A vast underwater world of murky black and overwhelming pressure from all directions. Very little light from an unseen source flows down from above.
xxxx • Spirit Appearance : At first glance, an enormous yellow eye with slitted pupils. From afar, a yellow-eyed woman of staggering size with wild, flowing white hair and a fish tail. Her skin is ethereal and white, and her lips are light blue.
xxxx • Sealed Appearance : A very old-looking katana of standard size and length. Its scabbard shows signs of decades of wear and tear, as does the hilt. The blade, however, is brilliantly maintained.

xxxx • Zanpakuto Physical Appearance : Aquarius immediately vaporizes, seemingly into nothing. A thin, cloud-like vapor surrounds her body.
xxxx • Instant Effect : Upon initial release, a cloud of obscuring steam is released in a mid-sized area. Although those standing close to Kasumi will feel uncomfortably hot, it's not enough to do any damage.
xxxx • Passive Ability : Transphasic Weaponry - Like its element, Aquarius has no singular form. On Kasumi's command, the Zanpakuto takes on the form of any weapon of her choosing. Blades and other melee weapons are made from transparent ice strong enough to match soul steel. Chain weapons, whips, and rope-like weapons take on a more liquid form. Kasumi can alter her weapon once every 3 rounds. The size of the weapon is limited to a greatsword in terms of size and a 10 foot spear in terms of length.

xxxx • Frozen Verdict: This ability begins as a silent cloud of steam above Kasumi's intended target. As it falls rapidly, the steam solidifies into a dense, 10-foot tall, 3 foot wide column of transparent ice that crushes whatever is beneath it with incredible force. A second before it strikes, the freezing steam generates a crackling sound - the only warning before contact. She can use this twice in succession. The column is completely transparent, which can make it difficult to see. Three post cooldown before the ability can be used again. Two post cooldown if only one column is used in the post. Dodgeable.
xxxx • Ocean's Fang: Thin channels of highly pressurized water rotate rapidly around her arm and hand. As she thrusts her hand at her intended target, the water drills into and through them. Dodgeable, but in melee range it can be quite difficult to evade. This is her basic ability and can be used once a post.
xxxx • Flash Point Blade: Highly pressurized steam is ejected in a crescent formation from where she slashes the air. It is difficult to see and is powerful enough to cut through steel. Upon impact with a sufficiently dense surface, like the ground or a very thick wall, the flash point crescent creates a thick cloud of steam that obscures vision. Can be used once every 2 posts and can only be used if her passive ability is used to form a bladed weapon. Dodgeable.
xxxx • Winter's Mercy: With a touch of her hand, Kasumi can stop the flow of blood from a wound on herself or an ally. The wound is effectively contained so long as Kasumi maintains her Shikai. While Winter's Mercy is active, she cannot use any other abilities; doing so will instantly negate the effects of Winter's Mercy. Up to 3 wounds can be affected at her current power level. Once deactivated, she cannot use this ability, nor any other ones she may know, until she has a full day's rest.

Passive ability: Her hands do not freeze. The weapons form from the water of her "dissolved" Zanpakuto

Frozen Verdict: It's a pillar of ice that is 10 feet tall and about 3 feet in diameter. Perfectly round and smooth, completely see-through. This can be dodged and can be used twice in one post with a 3 post cooldown. The columns start as a swirl of of steam 15 feet above the target and is completely silent until it falls rapidly and freezes into a solid pillar of ice. The act of freezing creates a crackling sound about a second before it strikes the target.

Ocean's Fang: Melee range. Her entire arm is surrounded by the water drill. Can be used once a post. Can be dodged, though difficult if she's close enough to use it.

Flash Point Blade: Can be used once every 2 posts, and can be used with any weapon she forms with her passive ability so long as it is a bladed weapon at least the size of a standard katana. Can be Dodged.

Explanation: Inspired by the stories of high pressure steam leaks from gas companies that are rumored to be able to cut through steel. These leaks are said to be invisible, and workers would hold broomsticks in front of them, and if it gets cut in half, then you've found the leak.
