 As the morning sun peeked over the distant mountain range, Mosi stirred from his slumber. He rose and stretched his limbs without opening his eyes before slowly and clumsily making his way to the nearby stream.
There aren't very many things the young fume doesn't enjoy but mornings are definitely on the list. Sleep, however, is at the top of the list of things he loves.
Mumbling grumpily at the sun for waking him, the dark blue fume stumbled around the bank of the stream, searching for a good spot to drink from. In his daze, he misjudged the stability of one of the rocks, slipped, and with a loud yelp, fell face first into the stream.
He was definitely wide awake now.
After flailing around in the stream for a moment, Mosi managed to escape the waters clutches and crawled away to a sunny spot of grass. He shook himself dry and sat with a huff, thankful no one was around to see.

 Telia got up that morning and stretched she wanted to go out and explore. She wanted to have some fun and see what else was around here. She stretched and wiggled as her muscles were pulled and then she relaxed. She looked at the sun rising and the mountains that were around. This area was so pretty yet she hadn't explored it all yet. This fume loved mornings because the air was so crisp and the world seemed so bright and new. She heard a stream a little ways away and decided to go and get a drink. Telia began to walk over to it to see if it was a good place to drink from or if it wasn't ok. She reached the stream and began to take a few sips when a dark blue Fume appeared there. She frowned and wondered what he was like. Maybe he would be friendly he didn't look dangerous he just looked tired. She watched him and gasped as he fell into the water off of an unstable rock. She ran over and swam to his side of the river.
She relaxed as he managed to make it out of the stream. She ran over to the sunny spot he had crawled to and sat down near him. "Are you ok?" She was really worried about the guy and she watched as he shook himself dry in the sun at least he was out of the water and breathing. She giggled when he huffed and shook herself dry too being very careful to not get him wet.

What a terrible morning. Not only did he have to wake up from such a wonderful sleep, but he also managed to fall into a stream. While he didn't mind swimming, the unexpected dive had been very unwelcome. Mosi was going over the events of his morning in his head when a voice nearby took him by surprise.
He jumped to his feet and whirled around just in time to see a tri-colored female fume shaking herself dry next to him. This morning just held all kinds of surprises for Mosi. After his mind had a moment to process that he wasn't in danger, he composed himself and sat again.
"Yes." Mosi said with a sigh. So someone had seen his graceful trip into the stream. And by the looks of it, she was either already swimming there and he had just failed to notice her, or she had swam across to see him. "I'm okay. Just a tad embarrassed." He shook his head again, getting the last of the water from his hair. "It hasn't been the best morning."

Telia watched the guy and she was very worried about whether or now he was ok. She hoped that he was ok. It had been a rather cold stream and some just didn't handle cold very well. She smiled sweetly at the guy as he looked so surprised at hearing her voice. Maybe she shouldn't have said anything at all. But then again not saying anything would have been no fun. And then she wouldn't know if he was ok or not. She sat there waiting very patiently for him to say something or do something. When he jumped to his feet and whirled to look at her she waved and bowed her head then looked at him. Telia relaxed as he sat back down again after he had seen her. That made her feel much better she was less worried that he was going to bolt and run away.
Telia smiled and relaxed more as he said he was ok. That was very good. She giggled and shook her head. "No need to be embarrassed. Why are you embarrassed if you don't mind my asking? I am glad you are ok. Seeing you take that fall I got so worried and wanted to make sure you were ok." She grinned as he got the last of the water out of his hair. "Oh? Why hasn't it been the best day for you?"
