I'm new... So can you inform me, am I allowed to start in any village i'd like our do I need to meet up with clan question ?

Well me and randy are both in the training grounds in the leaf village right randy is unconscious right now and I am fighting and u can start anyware u like

Village: We are south west 50 miles from the Hidden Leaf Village our villages name is the Hidden Flame we took the name from the land of fire sense our founders were a Uchiha and a Hyuga from before the time of the Hidden Leaf.
