its not fan art its a series called diebusters 2, gainax was short of orginality with charector design so they are gonna use charector concepts from fooly cooly, as you can see by the vast similaraties,i too wish it was a sequal and thought the same while looking at the images you have posted about it,but after a long time of studying it and obsessing with it i finally found out what in fat it really is,ok well thats all from me and my obsession with finding the truth
