Bio: Named after a word meaning demon her parents were romani and extremely superstitious believing her to be cursed they abandoned Raksha at age 7, due to her eye color (which seems more like a cat's than a person's) and the fact that she suffered from seizures as a child ( something that after years of medicine has gone away)
Keller was also born with savant skill of Perfect Pitch. She can recognize voices car engines music anything to do with sound and has extremely good hearing ( she could hear a conversation happening in a room three doors from her own or outside in her porch)
She also has a level of hyper-awareness she has developed over the years. ( by observing details that most people don't catch on to she can tell where a person's been what they're feeling and what they were doing) this is half-skill half-ability. She was born with exceptional observation skills but her training allows her to use it to get the truth from them ( without her training it wouldn't be nearly as useful)
She trained in martial arts with Ryuzuki Ichijoichi(controlled by Halfpint-Ace) when the two were children and friends. After Ryuzuki's dad sent her to 'juvie' she was trained some more and holds black belts in more than one type of martial arts. She's also never seen without a knife. Though she never talks about what she had to do while she was 'conditioned' it's often obvious she's no stranger to death.
Keller's past is not something she talks about with anyone. Her name means demon and she's a runt for hire to any team willing to pay for her services. That's usually all people have to know to keep from asking questions.
She grew up in Cinnabar Island, in a children's home and befriended Ryuzuki at age 8 when the latter was being picked on by kids at the local school, for being the son of the researcher and 'the rich kid'. She beat them up and the two struck a quick friendship and from then on trained together, played together and fought those who tried to pick on them together.
She was disliked by Ryuzuki's family and the feeling was mutual. They looked down at her and she resented that he never really stood up for her ( he'd yell at his father but never at his sister or mother who Keller hated and who weren't so crazy about Keller). When she was 13 she was taken away to juvie for reasons that were never fully disclosed. She hated Ryuzuki even more for not looking for her, not -apparently- caring about what happened to her.
She was transferred to another juvenile center on arrival no one told her where she was going. As it turned out people had been watching her. Her skills and abilities. 'Juvie' turned out to be a recruiting center for teams such as the Rockets. They found kids who had no options, who no one would claim and offered them a place to live and three meals a day for training and upon 'graduation' 3 years later going to whatever team buy's their services from the company that trains them.
For Keller, she became a rocket first, one of her first jobs was to go to Cinnabar and steal from the Ichijoichi's lab by 're-befriending' Ryuzuki. Betraying her once childhood friend seemed like sweet revenge but at the end of things it didn't feel as good as it once did and a part of her hates having hurt him ( knowing that he most likely will never forget her betrayal)
She stayed with the Rockets doing a multitude of jobs that haunt her to this day until they disbanded and was then sent to a new team in Sinnoh. She does not know who they are or what they want and honestly does not care. As far as she's concerned she's just a runt.
Personality: Stoic and unemotional Keller prides herself in being strong, not breaking or crying for anyone. On not needing anyone, her own parents who abandoned her, the friends that betrayed her, the people who turned their backs on her, anyone. She looks after herself by herself. She is quiet and withdrawn often making a snide remark or a sarcastic comment at most. Unless she's on a job, then she's all business. She does have some loyalty towards her team mates and outcasts like her, especially the younger ones. When working with a crew or a team she will usually make sure no one gets too banged up and that everyone's accounted for. She gets annoyed as all hel if people don't follow a mission or screw it up because of not following the plan as it puts people in danger unnecessarily, screws up the job is unprofessional and, as far as she's concerned, inexcusable. She finds pokemon a bit annoying and isn't too keen in having too many. She usually will catch the useful ones that can be used on jobs. She has a nice side that is hidden and almost never shows. Her usual line is 'I'm just a runt' meaning she doesn't really care enough to get involved in what people do. She's not gonna change anything. She's just picking the best side for her. She won't hurt people outside of a job and in her free time trains or meditates or takes walks. She's very antisocial and almost taciturn. As far as everyone's concerned she has no feelings. She has a dislike for loud noises, having very sensitive hearing.
