History: Ayani was born and raised in the Underworld. She lived deep in the Underworld with her parents, who were both demons. Her parents were somewhat loving – well, as much as a pair of demons could be. Her mother was a powerful Seer, and had passed some of her ability on to her daughter, but it’s still in its early stages of development. Ayani, though, wanted more than the confines of the Underworld. Her parents told her stories of the ‘surface world’ – something not fully inhabited by demons, a place where humans ran free and were easy prey. Intrigued by this, she’s taken it upon herself to find out more about this world, and has gone up there to see what’s so great about it.
