Zabuza followed along behind Haku not saying much as usual while they strolled past the place where he had found Haku sitting across from the day he decided on officially leaving the mist village once and for all. But that was all in the past now, there was no sense in thinking about while the present was still around.
The sound of the bell ringing filled Zabuza's ears but but he didn't pay much attention to the sound, instead he stared in return at a few of the people who were staring at the both of them upon entering the fancy, little restaurant. As soon as Haku had located a table and were now standing right next to it, Zabuza had removed his zanbato off of his back.
He wasn't doing this to start any commotion even though a few murmers about him were coming from the crowd of people, but Zabuza placed his weapon of choice against the nearby wall and sat down in the vacant table, waiting for Haku to do the same and have someone take their orders. What neither of realized however was the fact that hidden among the crowd, was a group of only four anbu's clad in civilian's clothing watching their every movement but not making any advances toward the two yet.

Haku silently took the seat across from Zabuza at the vacant table, shooting uneasy side glances about the room. He had keen senses, and could tell they were being watched. It might not have bothered him if they weren't, in fact, criminals. Haku didn't deny this; they were wanted people. He knew all about Zabuza's dark past, but never let it distract him from his goal. But simply ignoring it wouldn't undo the past. They still had to be careful.
The boy folded his hands neatly in his lap, getting a tad bit irritated at the murmurs swirling about the room after they arrived. Not here, too. It just wasn't fair. Couldn't they have a decent meal in peace? Surely they couldn't get attacked in a place such as this. They were just civilians, anyway, but Haku wouldn't count on it. Besides, he much rather not have to kill anyone.
Deep brown eyes gazed across the table to Zabuza, who had just finished putting down his weapon, wondering if he had noticed yet. For the moment, Haku kept quiet and tried to ignore the stares and whispers.

A few seconds had passed from the time both of them had sat down at the table and still, there was no sign of any person approaching them to take down their orders, what would it take for these people to realize that they had two customers awaiting for someone to help them? Zabuza cleared his throat as loudly as he possibly could and soon enough, the manager himself slowly started approaching Haku and Zabuza.
But before the manager arrived at the table, a group of about four people had stepped toward the table and slammed his palm down on the table to catch their attention before speaking. "Don't think that we don't know who you are." The man infront of the others said to Zabuza. "What are you doing back here?" the man asked Zabuza completly ignoring Haku since he didn't know who he was in the first place.
"Do you people honestly have nothing better to do?" Zabuza asked the anbu, complelty ignoring his own question. Just after finishing his sentence, he slowly turned his head to the side to stare at the man face to face.

Haku didn't complain about the fact that they weren't being served right away, but rather sat patiently like he usually did. But, the people were getting harder to ignore when they actually approached their table. Great. Couldn't he just enjoy his time with Zabuza without any interruptions? Apparently not.
"I wouldn't talk to Zabuza-san in such a manner, if I were you." The boy spoke up and stood, his voice unusually calm, but underneath he was burning. How dare they talk to his sensei like that! Haku would not take this sitting down. Not a chance.

The man's attention shifted away from Zabuza as Haku spoke as he stood up. "This doesn't involve you brat, so scram." He said to Haku before his head turned back to Zabuza. "I'll ask you again, why did you come back here?" The man questioned Zabuza again, but instead of getting a verbal comment again, he just started laughing for a few seconds at the man. "Apparently, you do not understand what your getting yourself into." Zabuza thought to himself as he gave Haku a quick glance nodding his head slowly.

The response he recieved only made him angrier. Brat? Only Zabuza was allowed to call him that, and he didn't take orders from anyone but him. And if it involved Zabuza, it involved Haku as well. Who did they think they were dealing with?
He saw the nod and the glance. Without any hesitation, the boy released the pouch concealed in his sleeve, catching the senbon needles between his fingers with the flick of his wrist. In a smooth, fluid movement he sent the needles flying to the necks of the four men with deadly accuracy. It was all too easy for Haku, seeing as how he knew nearly everything about the human body, and, more importantly, every vital spot. This made for an instant and relatively painless kill.
Blank hazel eyes watched as the men fell into a heap on the floor. The people and employees around them watched in silent terror as Haku retrieved his needles. Even when he did, the punctures didn't bleed. He turned his gaze to Zabuza, remaining wordless, waiting for his next command. They needed to leave soon, lest more of them show up.

[[Nah, that's allright. they were going to die sooner or later, Either a painful death from Zabuza, or a painless one from Haku. sweatdrop ]]
Zabuza just watched as the men collapsed onto the wooden floor, each of them making a thump sound as he stood up from his seat quickly. "Let's go Haku, we can eat somewhere else." Zabuza said to Haku as he lifted the zanbato only to place the large weapon back onto his back. he then waited for Haku to respond before making his way out of the restaurant.

[[Yes.. I'm far too merciful. u.u;]]
Haku sighed a little when he noticed the blood covering his nice polished needles. Oh well. He could clean them later. He simply nodded and followed Zabuza out, figuring he would dispose of the bodies later, if the medic-nins didn't.
"Do you think there are more of them around?" He asked softly, trotting up beside the other. He really didn't want to kill anybody else. Besides, he was still hungry.

Zabuza had just stepped outside of the restaurant when he heard Haku's question. "There might be, but I'm sure if we keep a low profile they might not notice who we are." He replied to Haku as he gave him a quick glance. Zabuza easily understood how Haku didn't like killing people and for once, he would go along with it for now. Since they were still in the midst of the mist village, both of them would probably be dealing with alot more than four anbu's if they were spotted.

Haku nodded in understand. He thought about putting his mask back on, but that would only make him more noticeable and conspicuious. So, he just went without it for now. He could already feel eyes upon them as they continued walking, beginning to feel uneasy.
"Zabuza-san.. maybe we should leave the village. It's not safe here." Haku suggested meekly, watching his sensei as he waited for a reply.

"Your right, let us head elsewhere." Zabuza replied giving Haku a quick glance afterwards since he was the one looking at him in the first place. Both him and Haku could probably fight off a few anbu's or so but eventually they would be overrun by them, which was something that Zabuza himself didn't want to experience. He shook the thought from his mind and continued making his way out of the village ignoring the stares from the villagers.
