Shillan nodded, frowning, at his explanation of his situation. She was thinking from his perspective, racking her memory for solutions her people had tried--or at least, ones that the peaceful Queen Geneva of the elves had at least. Her own Dragon king's preferred method was to simply fight. Not very successful.
She flinched the slightest when he touched her hand, but did not pull away, only staring at him with curiosity. When he released her hands she picked picked up the blue gem and turned it over, scanning it with her psychic energy. It was an interesting object. If she had any time in her new place, she would be certain to examine it in greater detail. With a nod, she tucked it in a pocket. "Thank you," she said, touched by his sweet concern. "And if you are ever in need, do not hesitate to call. I will see what I can do for you."
Her green eyes dropped back to her cup, watching a swirl of steam float off the tea. A sudden thought had struck her when he gave her the gift and after a quiet minute she looked up again at Loz. "This place...you mentioned that you can come here at will; how do you do it?"

The two girls stared fiery eyed at each other, Yukari held her friend tightly. She didn't know this dimension but had the feeling that the hostess was only nice as long as everyone else was nice. If a fight broke out she was sure that everything in the area would then change. Yukari felt it as she entered that place, it was in the air, the grass, the water...
Tianna was still filled with rage, but the longer she stood there the more that feeling dwindled, Yukari was right. Soon her body relaxed and her eyes quietened. Tianna sighted and looked at the table. "I am sorry... maybe I should go."Though the rage had gone she still felt uncomfortable being around that man."Very well, we'll both go. Should be time to get back, need our rest before classes in the morning." Yukari picked up her bag and so did Tianna, they thanked the Hostess who smiled warmly at them from her dusting with a pot-a-dot duster. The two girls left this time by the door together, the door opened to a darkness, Tianna and Yukari places a hand in the darkness which then changed to trees and a warm orange glow, it was the world they were from and the sun was just setting there.

Loz gave a quick smile back to her. "That I will" he nodded slightly in thanks.
Before he could answer her next question, he finally heard the two girls behind him, he turned his head slightly to see them picking up their bags and go towards the door. He frond slightly at the girl with long white hair, now he knew why she had been staring at him. He recognised the girl, more because her people all had long white hair, and the young girls wore those sorts of clothes.
After they had passed through the door it closed slowly behind them, he then turned back to his companion. A soft smirk was on his face again this is much quieter he thought.
"Now to your question, How do I do it?" Loz smiled it had been quite sometime since he instructed someone how to open and travel though dimensions. "I think the best way of saying is by showing." He said standing up, lightly tossing his hair behind him as he took a few steps away from the table. He raised his arm in front of him and opened his hand, like the girls had done on the door.
"Other people find different ways of doing this, and i'm not sure if you will be able to but, one can but try." He said smiling "You focus and push forth energy from the palm but keep it localised." As he talked he pushed out energy from his pale, it came out like soft gray wisps of smoke, but was cold as his element was ice.
The area in front of his hand rippled like water and then a darkness started to appear, but it was not bigger then his hand. "Now you think of where you want to go and push more energy so it forms a door for you to go though." The energy radiated out faster to an area the size of Loz, but it remand dark. He stepped thought and he was gone, the door closed after him.
He appeared right behind Shillan but stood very still and quite so she didn't know he was there. Loz then said as she lead down a bit closer to her but not to close, he didn't want to get waked in the face.
"And that is how it's done"

Noting that the girls had left once the angry girl calmed slightly, Shillan directed her attention to Loz's lesson. She felt the dark hole as it opened and remembered how the reading felt so as to have it for reference in the future and listened carefully to the explanation of how to conjure this portal.
When he stepped through, she felt his presence disappear briefly and then reappear again. If she hadn't known his psychic reading before, the ice demon would have received an elbow in the gut and a open-handed cut the back of his neck within the instant he'd materialized, but now, all the psychic elf did was smile as his breath tickled her ears.
"Very clever," she murmured in reply, the silly smile widening. "Let's see..." She opened her left hand, the way he had done and pushed the energy out. The area rippled, but no darkness appeared; yet she could feel the same void that had opened as when he had done it and continued, imagining a spot next to the nearby tree for starters. The ripple in space widened, but again no black hole. Tentatively, Shillan stepped through.
For a moment it seemed there were two of her, one standing a few inches in front of Loz and the other standing under the shade of the tree. Then the first image vanished into the colorless ripple and there was only the one under the tree, which stepped up next to Loz and looked up, a glimmer of amused concern in her eyes. "I don't suppose that was supposed to happen, bending time as well as space?"

Loz smiled widly at her. Loz watched her carefully, he was moderating the energy flow from her, and wasn't surprised that her's was coming out different.
He watched her walk in and then two Shillan's move around. He couldn't help but laugh out loud, and he didn't hold back on the laugh it was a big belly laugh.
"That was not what you were meant to do, that's for sure." He said. "Though handly to know." He stopped laughing and smiled "Question is can you right the wrong?" Loz smiled and winked.
"Though for all I know that could be just your way of travel... now try it again. This time keep ALL your attention on the location... no thinking of me when you do it." He laughed lightly, slightly teasing her. After all he did know he was a good looking guy.
Yep, she is serenitly a fun one, even if she doesn't mean to be... and I want to see what she can do. He thought smirking.

Shillan smiled when he laughed; she certainly thought that seeing another version of herself was very curious; no doubt seeing two of her was amusing for him. She raised her eyebrow at his tease and declared, "Impossible," but she did try again, and did keep her focus--not that she hadn't been before.
She channeled her energy again, concentrating on a spot next to the pond, but this time focused the energy closer. The atmosphere rippled again, but no dark void formed. She adjusted the energy level to match the reading she had gleaned from Loz and slowly color spread until a portal of black opened and she stepped though.
A minute of silence must have passed after the door closed before Shillan reappeared in that spot next to the pond. "Well that didn't work." From where she was she tried again. This time she was back to the door was white, but she stepped through anyways reappeared instantly next to Loz. It seemed she was successful-- that is, until she noticed that the girls from earlier were just leaving again and another version of herself was standing on the other side of the ice demon. Shillan picked a seat next to the rock and waited for time to catch up before joking, "Forget this portal-opening, if I want to get back here I should just bend time back to now."
While back in time watching the lesson again though, the archer had come up with another idea and now as she stood, she slipped her bow off her back. She concentrated her energy in the same way as she had done before, checking and double checking to ensure the readings matched and drew the bowstring back as if she were about to shoot. A thread of black formed where her fingers passed until she held a pure black arrow nocked in position, =the slightest trace of gold-dust swirling through the intangible arrow.
The arrow released silently and struck a little teacup at the two had been sitting at. Instead of shattering though, the teacup seemingly absorbed the arrow, vanishing at the same time. The next moment it appeared in Shillan's right hand.
She raised the teacup and sipped if only for effect and grinned. "Well that worked. Now I just need to be able tot do that to myself." She said, ambling back and setting the empty teacup on the table.
((Ahahah I had so much fun just being weird with this post))

Loz watched Shillan as she tried attempting the portal again. He watched her energy ripple and change, though it felt only a short time before she appeared again.
He smiled when he saw her again, he turned and picked up a cup poring another cup, this time of something a bit stronger. It was a rich honey coloured liquid, with a slight bitter after taste.
"Have you been having fun without me?" he said looking at her with a smile, as he sipped his drink.
"You've been bending time again, haven't you?" He had caught her energy as she had appeared earlier, Loz was more aware of things then he let on. It was one of the reasons why he had made such progress within the courts of his people.
Loz just smiled at her warmly.
((haha, that is good to hear. It's a good long post as well.))

"I was able to see your lesson again," Shillan noted, indirectly answering his question. "Looks like it came to good use."
She didn't speak after that, seemingly lost in thought. In actuality she was probing the environment for traces of energy that shouldn't be there; she wondered if she would be able to sense the future by simply probing the present for incongruent energies.
"Strange, you know. Of all the things I was taught between the elves and the dragons and my own battles, teleporting was never one of them." She paused, thinking. That wasn't entirely true; she had watched others learn it before, though in different ways, which might have aided how quickly she had been able to do anything at all with this situation. "How did you come here the first time?"
((haha, yup smile We're back to the smaller posts now though mad . I think I've asked this question before...I can't remember now; chemistry muddles with my brain. >_<))

Loz smiled and pointed to the door. "As I've said through the door of course."
He finished the last of his drink, and placed the cup down again. "I used a portal which I made from my world to this one, though to get here the first time, I wasn't thinking of anything really. This world just appeared."
Loz was still pondering how Shillan's portal hadn't worked like his, not so much the time bending, but what he did wonder was, could she make a portal that connected to other world or not.
He crossed his arms placing one hand on his chin and then walking around Shillan looking her up and down, though he was more looking at her energy now. Though this didn't really help it was time to let his brain work over things and ponder questions.
After he walked round her he stopped and stepped into the open grass a bit more... "Now if I do it the way is right for me..." he muttered to himself. This time when he went to make the portal he didn't do it in such a controlled way as before. As Loz had said, every has their own way.
In a flash his eyes glowed and he moved his hand out more flowed like, this time the doorway formed much faster with a flurry of ice flakes that crackled from the edge. The door opened not to darkness but straight on to an ice path with a wall of ice and heaps of snow.
Loz lowered his hand but the doorway remained. He tapped his chin again. "Well, I'm able to make a doorway out of this world without using the dor, like the other girl did when she entered..." He referred back to when Yukari had entered by leaves and earth.
((hehe ^^ i'll just have to fill this gap then. And yes you did, but that's okay.))

Shillan watched Lox with a curious eyes as he circled her, but did not question it; she knew by now he had his own ways of doing things. Instead she wandered over to the buffet of desserts still laid out and returned with a healthy stack of treats. Of these, she picked a cookie and watched as opened another portal.
The psychic noticed that it was different from the ones she'd seen him do before in an instant and maneuvered around, popping the cookie in her mouth, She stared through the portal that had been formed and lead off to a land of ice and snow.
"Huh," was her only comment though. "I don't exactly know which world I'm going to so then..." abruptly Shillan stopped, a thought possessing her. Finally, she spoke, slowly but without hesitation. "Queen Andromeda said that this would be a waystation from my old world and time to the new ones. Do you think that shifting through time as well as space is giving me this unusual ability to mess with time when I teleport around the garden?"

A hole appeared in the sky over the lake, and someone fell out of it into the lake before the mysterious gap disappeared. Getting up and swimming his way to shore, the person, decked out with a leather jacket, blue pants, and three katanas on his back, opened another hole and pulled a sword out of it. The sword lit up like a sun, drying him off, and Sawa put the sword back into the hole and closed it. Note to self: never terminate a wormhole in mid-transit! Sheesh... Sawa looked around and noticed his strange surroundings. Huh? An interdimensional gap that isn't the Void...interesting. Sawa looked around and noticed some people and some tables, but decided to try and remain unnoticed, and so snuck past everyone through some trees and sat down at a table nearby. He pulled down his glasses and examined the nearby tea pot with his Eyes, and after staring for awhile he finally declared, "Lemon tea, two lumps of sugar." After a lemon smell emerged from the tea pot, Sawa poured himself a cup and began sipping, leaning back in his chair. A place between dimensions for relaxation...clever. I could use a break, especially considering how much I've helped out Riyun lately. The Third Dark Gate closed and he still can't catch a break... Sawa shrugged and continued drinking, enjoying his newfound peace for the moment.

Loz turned to Shillan when she started to speak. Tilting his head at her sudden stop. "I'm not sure about that. It could be, or could just be that is how You are."
Loz then felt the strange movement in energy as a hole opened above the lake, he felt someone enter that dimension but feeling no danger showed no interest in it. Smiling Loz offered Shillan his hand "come see through this door, it looks out over my clans home."
Once you stood in front of the door sure enough the ice cave opened to a path of snow, it lead down. There were building looked like white ice and snow bit they were made from bricks, the land that stretched out had trees growing with crystal like flowers blooming. The land was green beyond the town and looked like any other world. Apart from crystal flowers, and lots of other strange creatures and plants.
"This is my home just as summer is arriving." Loz said warmly. The sun was just rising in his world and the light was hitting the houses and making then shimmer.
