The Bandit War of 2505 and 'Victor' Bio

Since the recolonization of this area in the early 25th century Bandits have been fighting with the townsfolk and amongst each other. They built many small outposts to enable them to gain a foothold on the area. Growing tired of the constant raids on the towns: the citizens pooled their money together and hired a legendary mercenary team called Reaver's Edge. This team was lead by the half-Albanian half-Russian 'Victor'.

Victor seeing the opportunity to gain power wealth set a plan into motion. Rather than exterminating the bandit clans he was ordered to he took them over by publicly torturing and executing their leaders. Usually he had them skinned alive and they set on fire. Slowly clan after clan fell to him and his ever growing army. This caused the remaining bandit clans to join together and launch a massive assault on Victor's force. Victor who was a brilliant tactician; crushed this army in a few weeks. The end result was Victor's army being the dominate force in the area. Victor and his men have taken up residence in an abandoned military base that they have heavily fortified. Victor also has several squads stationed in the out skirts of New Jericho.
